This 3 bedroom, 3 bath Point Judith Narragansett beach home is open-concept and filled with windows and light. Kitchen, dining, living area, and bedrooms have been remodeled. The walk-out basement has a couch that converts to a comfortable queen bed. Enjoy ocean views from the rooftop decks. It's an easy walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach/Sand Hill Cove. Or walk to the secluded neighborhood rocky beach, where you can surf, explore the tide pools and collect critters at low tide, or build a beach fire to enjoy the sunset. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home has a great backyard for lawn games. The front deck is the perfect spot to grill, dine al fresco, and enjoy a good book and the ocean breeze. Walk to Iggy's, Aunt Carrie's, and Chair 5. It’s a quick drive or bike ride to Scarborough.There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, folding table, and plenty of space to hang damp towels.Newly installed AC! We have a great ocean breeze and often turn off the AC and listen to the waves break.The home has internet and YouTube TV for live tv in the living room. You can also login to your streaming services on both living room and basement tv.We provide pillows, comforters, and blankets. Renters bring sheets (1 Cal king bed, 3 queen beds), pillowcases, and all towels, or rent from Vacation House Linens.****No parties or events. Our beach home is in a quieter neighborhood. This fantastic two-bedroom, one full-bath, newly renovated cottage is located in the exclusive and highly sought after Point Judith and it is now available to book for this summer!It is perfectly situated within a short driving distance to many of the most beautiful beaches Rhode Island has to offer: Narragansett, Scarborough, as well as Roger Wheeler (Sand Hill Cove). The surrounding area offers a selection of activities and amenities for every guest (The Seawall, Beaches, Point Judith Lighthouse, Galilee, Shops, Restaurants, etc.). This home has it all, boasts a gorgeous kitchen, a beautifully fenced in backyard with a seating area and fire pit, outdoor shower, full-sized front-loading washer & dryer and of course, central air!Step into this lovely cottage and be greeted by the living room that is open to the fabulous backyard deck and the newly remodeled style kitchen. The gorgeous kitchen features stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting and a table that easily seats two to four. The kitchen is open to the bright and light family room with a large flat screen TV and doors that leads to the deck. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen. The front bedroom has a bunk style twin size beds with a trundle bed, TV and an armoire. This room is great for teenagers and young children, but also can accommodate an adult!
