일본 나가노 현 소재 호스텔

We stayed at Karuizawa. The accommodation was reasonably priced and comfortable. They have various room types, but we chose a ryokan-style room which involved sharing a bathroom, but there were plenty of facilities and it was very convenient. Regular rooms also have private bathrooms. It's conveniently located for walking to nearby attractions. The only thing we didn't have was hot water. They actually have an onsen (hot spring), which would have been perfect if it had hot water especially with the single-digit temperatures like that, I highly recommend it to anyone interested.

The staff really went above and beyond to make two ignorant Canadian tourists feel extremely welcome at a traditional Japanese Ryuken. Though there was a small language barrier, we never felt that we could not communicate our needs. The hot and cold onsen was very refreshing after walking post towns along the Nakasendo Way. The river next to the hotel made for a relaxing experience and deep sleep. Somehow, I missed the option when booking to select the dinner option, there is really no other food options in the area, and the clerk (owner) said he would put a 'simple meal' together for us for a small charge which we found acceptable. The kaiseki that followed was some of the best and most authentic Japanese food we experienced in our two weeks in Japan. The woman serving us was an absolute gem and the cat that ran the establishment was adorable. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice sitting area with a view of the river. Only points of contention would be that that it's a little out of the way if you don't have a car, but is conveniently accessable by bus with ~10 minute walk. The facilities are a little dated, the onsen is discoloured, but I assume that is from the natural minerals. There was a stale smell (smoke) in the rooms which is a bit off-putting to non-smokers. It would appear smoking is allowed in the facility which might be a plus to some.

방은 전반적으로 좋았고, 짐은 오후 4시까지 맡길 수 있었어요. 유일한 단점은 밤늦게 많은 중국인들이 시끄럽게 떠들거나 짐을 정리하고, 밤 11시가 넘어서까지 플라스틱 봉투를 계속 만지작거려서 너무 시끄러웠다는 점이에요.

The staff were very friendly, picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was large, clean and had plenty of additional space in the living area. We didn’t hear any noise from the next door supermarket and it was very convenient. There were good food options nearby and the hosts kindly dropped us at the station to store our bags and then took us to the castle in the morning. We would happily have stayed longer!

호텔이 츠가이케 고원 스키 곤돌라 바로 근처에 있어서 정말 편리했어요. 호텔은 깨끗하고 아늑한 분위기였어요. 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 스키 시즌 막바지에 방문해서 사람이 많지 않고 조용해서 더욱 편안하게 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 한 가지 재밌는 점은 밤에 도착했을 때 체크인은 언플랜드 1에서 해야 하는데 방은 언플랜드 2에 있어서 길을 좀 헤맸던 거예요. 전반적으로 모든 게 훌륭했고, 꼭 추천하고 싶어요!

Cute hostel with super welcoming and knowledgeable hosts. They had so many local recommendations and advice. Very nice and central location in Matsumoto. Japanese style rooms. Would recommend a stay!

Nice hostel, but only one shower and one toilet. 2 dorms and in one dorm 6 beds available. Otherwise alright and nice old style architecture. Just not convenient enough for some people I might say.

傳統的日式房屋和花園，美麗令人驚歎。民宿的主人説很好的英文和中文，她在山東和杭州學習過。這裏住的大都是work in的歐美年輕人，我們一家也是來接在廟裡打工的姐姐的。很高興來到這個美麗富裕的小城，和附近的小布施市。姐姐打工的滿龍寺是非常有意思的存在，我們參加了週日早上的瑜伽，喝了咖啡玩了半天。

유익하게 얼른 혼자서 이용하기에는 최고이므로, 너무 사람에게 알려져 혼잡하고 싶지 않습니다. 장소가 코모로 역 근처이므로, 카루이자와 목적이라면 갯수가 적은 나나의 철도 이용의 경우 조금 불편합니다만, 역 근처에서는 있습니다. 설비는 세련되게 리노베되어 있어, 청소도 세심해, 매우 깨끗했습니다. 1인용의 2단이 된 천장이 낮은 침상 타입입니다만, 이번은 우연히 더블 타입의 방을 나눠주고, 자는 것만이라면 충분한 폭이 있었습니다. 여성 전용 지역의 공동 샤워는 매우 깨끗하고 무인 양품의 화장수와 클렌징 병이있어 편리합니다. 한가지 문제는 이른 아침 4시에 알람을 걸는 편이 2명 있고, 알람이 스누즈의 삐걱거리며 4시에 일어난 것입니다만, 이 숙소의 타입이라고 상정하지 않으면 갈 수 없습니다.
