프런트 데스크 직원분들이 친절하고 상냥하며 도움을 많이 주셨습니다. 제 모든 문의 사항에 대해 아주 잘 답변해 주셨어요. 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 위치도 매우 편리했고, 객실에서 보이는 전망도 아름다웠습니다.

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

위치와 객실은 괜찮았습니다. 기차역에서 차로 3분, 도보로는 약 15분 거리였습니다. 열쇠로 출입해야 했는데, 늦게 도착하면 프런트 데스크를 이용할 수 없어서 미리 연락해야 했습니다. 씨트립에서는 예약 확인서만 보내줬고 열쇠는 보내주지 않아서 핀란드 친구에게 미리 요청해야 했습니다. 씨트립은 주로 저렴한 가격을 광고했습니다.

I've only spent one night with my son, and we've been taken care of very well, it's very familiar. They offer you everything you need, it is located at the door. the only thing it does not have is private bathroom, and the beds are fine, the only thing I put a fault is the pillows. but I recommend it is my very nice, quiet, and good place to see aurora bowling, because it has 200 meters a perfect lake to see them.

Staff are approachable and nice. They assist us to transfer to another room when our reserved room’s ac not working. We enjoyed our whole stay and we are definitely coming back.

ロバニエミの小さな清潔なホステルでした。オーナーの女性は、すごく親切で、LINEも使いこなせて道案内やオーロラハンターの友達の紹介もしてくれ、とても助かりました。自分でも真夜中に、周りに光のない公園にオーロラを撮影に行き、iPhoneで我ながら上手なノーザンライトが撮影できたと思っています。また機会があればぜひとも行きたいと思っています。オーロラハンターのプロの人とは、今でもWhatsApp等で連絡を取っています。夜中にフィンランドからスウェーデン国境を超えて、晴れてるところまで連れて行ってくれ、撮った写真は全てWhatsAppからダウンロードできるようにサービスしてくれました。大きな会社ではできない個人経営の素晴らしいプロのオーロラハンターでした。

非常棒的地點，距離Naatamo的超市很近，周圍的環境非常漂亮，整體非常乾淨和安靜，Jaana也給我很及時的幫助，我在這裏住了8晚，非常感謝這裏的一切，我還會再回來.

슈퍼마켓에서 체크인 해야되는 숙소라 처음에 살짝 찾기 힘들었어요, 그치만 숙소 자체는 깔끔하고 괜찮습니다~ 공용 거실과 공용 욕실, 화장실도 깨끗했어요. 저희가 숙박할때는 저희(2명)외 1명정도 더 있었는데 마주친 적은 나갈때 빼고 없었어요! 슈퍼도 가깝고 문 앞에 썰매 사용해도 된다고 해서 썰매도 타고 왔네요 ㅎㅎ 사리셀카홀리데이클럽 주변으로 버스도 많고 투어 업체도 많은데 위치 혜택 받기 좋아요:) 전반적으로 넘 만족합니다! 슈퍼 옆 사무실에서 캐리어도 보관할 수 있어융
