This hotel was built in 1885 with historical background according to the pictures on the wall. It would be more informative if there was a more thorough descriptions next to the pictures and become a museum like Inn. We stayed in the Superior King room with balcony, the river view was excellent. This little town is very tranquil with relaxing vibe. We loved to stay in the balcony, unfortunately, there is no any BBQ or stove for cooking here, or we would love to stay more days. There is also no sun umbrella or shaded place in the balcony, and it could be very bright and hot even during 11C in the summer. Our room is the closest to the car park, but we can’t access the stairs directly down to the car park. Instead, we had to detour in the hotel, walked the a few levels of stairs with passing two doors to the car park. There are more than a dozen of stairs in the hotel. Elderly and anyone with leg or back problems need to be aware of it. 
Our room has been renovated recently. Everything maintains in very good condition, besides of the air conditioning. The air conditioning system was connected to another three rooms in the same isle. If any of the room turns on the heater while everyone is using the cool mode, the air conditioning will be shown in error. Thanks for Meghan that she was willing to come back to the hotel for us in 5 mins even it was out of her work time. She has been very helpful and nice during our stay. She is the best front desk I have seen on this island. We were happy with our stay, even we noticed that the noisy music from the pub right under the hotel level not only on in the weekend until midnight. However, we felt that compressor next to us had been noisy all day. We only felt quiet after we turned off the bathroom ventilator, air conditioning and closed the window. There was also two washing machines and one dryer on site charging only CAD$2 for each laundry. I think this is the cheapest laundry service on the island. The last but not least is the bath towels. We can’t stand with it snowing with crushes. I would suggest people bringing their towels. And the water pressure was too weak like a garden pot watering.

아름다운 밴쿠버!!! 호텔 위치는 밴쿠버의 유명한 번화가인 그랜빌 스트리트에 있어 매우 편리합니다. 조식은 우유, 베이글, 과일 등 좋았습니다. 단점은 옆에 바 거리가 있어서 밤에 좀 시끄럽다는 점입니다. 스탠리 파크는 꼭 가보시길 강력 추천합니다!

솔직히 말해서, 저랑은 안 맞았어요. 복도랑 객실에서 이상한 냄새가 나고 너무 좁았습니다. 방금 나와서 다른 호텔을 예약했어요. 제 동료는 호스텔에 자주 묵고 불평이 없어서 저도 한번 시도해봤는데, 저는 보통 호텔에만 머무는 편이거든요. 저희는 확실히 취향이 다르네요.

에어컨 소음이 좀 심해요. 구식 모델이거든요. 위치는 괜찮아요. 근처에 주유소랑 패스트푸드점이 있어요. 아침에는 스크램블 에그, 와플, 티백, 빵을 많이 팔아요.

열렬한 여행자이자 솔직한 리뷰입니다. 3일을 예약했는데, 베이스보드가 리노베이션되지 않아서 플러그인 오일 히터와 선풍기가 있는 오래된 방을 받았습니다. 먼지가 쌓인 TV 뒤에 붐비는 플러그인과 전원 바가 있어서 모든 것을 작동시켰습니다. 하지만 예산이 부족해서 몇 가지를 기대했습니다. 하루 더 머물러야 했기 때문에 온라인으로 예약하고 더 나은 방을 받았지만 도착했을 때 입구에서 손에 ”파이프”를 든 젊은 여성이 잠시 기절해 있는 것을 보았습니다. 아이들이 구내에 있었기 때문에 예약할 때 보고했는데 바람에 날려간 것 같았습니다. 그러자 남자가 그 소녀를 데려갔는데, 그녀는 분명히 ”일하고 있었지만” 동의할 만한 상태가 아니었습니다. 저는 직원에게 그녀의 다리 뒤쪽에 피가 흐르고 있다고 말했고, 직원은 바람에 날려버린 것 같았습니다. 저는 그 젊은 여성이 쉽게 피해를 입을 수 있다는 사실에 불안합니다. 그러니 그게 괜찮고 객실의 질을 보장할 수 없다면 이곳이 바로 그곳입니다. 끔찍한 숙박 시설, 아니, 더 나쁜 곳을 봤어요. 두 번째 방은 확실히 수준급이었지만, 그 동네는 다른 유형의 ”숙박”도 허용하는 듯합니다. 완전히 노골적이기 때문이죠. 하지만, 싸긴 했죠!

Excellent hotel at great location. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean. They upgraded us for free to a room with kitchen. Sandra at front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for the price with a lot of amenities including breakfast. They also have boardgames that you can barrow to play. Amazing experience.

Location is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment. The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe. All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available. It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient. Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.

고양이가 있다는 사실을 미리 알려줬더라면 정말 좋았을 텐데, 저처럼 고양이 알레르기가 심한 사람에게는 이 정보가 정말 중요하거든요. 이런 어처구니없는 상황을 대비해 비상약까지 챙겨 다니는 사람인데 말이죠. 하룻밤 묵었지만, 너무 늦지만 않았더라면 바로 다른 숙소를 예약했을 거예요. 결국 잠 못 이루는 밤을 쌕쌕거리며 고통스럽게 보냈습니다. 알레르기 문제와는 별개로, 객실은 덥고 공기가 통하지 않아 답답했습니다. 사람들이 문을 열어둔 채 선풍기를 틀어 고양이 털(비듬)을, 아니, 공기를 순환시키고 있더군요. 문을 열어두는 건 안전상 좋지 않지만, 이건 뭐 투숙객들의 문제이니... 2층 침대 사다리 한쪽 면이 마감 처리가 안 되어 있었는데, 날카로운 금속이라 베일 위험이 있었습니다. 이런 문제들은 해결하기 어려운 것도 아니니, 콘서트장을 오가기에 위치가 완벽한 만큼 개선되기를 바랍니다. 혹시 고양이를 좋아하더라도 조심하세요. 이 동네는 밤에 다소 위험할 수 있습니다.

하워드 존슨 바이 윈덤 다운타운 캄루프스는 시내 중심가에서 숙박할 곳을 찾는다면 훌륭한 선택입니다. 레스토랑, 상점, 병원, 법원 등 주요 명소와 가깝습니다. 게다가 숙박비도 매우 저렴하다는 점이 큰 장점입니다. 호텔 자체는 다소 오래되었지만 깨끗하고 직원들은 항상 친절하고 도움을 잘 줍니다. 객실은 꽤 기본적인 수준입니다. 수영장이나 고급 조식은 제공되지 않고, 유럽식 조식에 가깝다는 점을 유념하세요. 잠귀가 밝은 분이라면 거리 소음이 꽤 클 수 있으므로 뒤쪽 방을 요청하는 것이 좋습니다. 전반적으로 짧은 숙박이나 예산이 빠듯한 분들에게 좋은 선택입니다. 하지만 화려한 편의 시설이나 고급 편의시설은 기대하지 마세요. 필요한 것만 제공하는 깔끔한 호텔이며, 위치 또한 최고입니다.
