My stay was excellent. From the checkin experience to the condition of the room to the timely laundry service and ultimately the breakfast and food at the hotel; everything was on point and I would highly recommend folks to consider staying at Hyatt

아침 식사가 포함되어 온라인으로 예약했습니다. 방은 괜찮았고 충분한 공간, 욕실은 괜찮았지만 충분히 깨끗하지 않았습니다(화장실 그릇). 조식 뷔페는 괜찮았습니다. 무엇보다 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

The Marriott Riyadh Airport is a perfectly functional hotel. It is close to the airport/FBOs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable. Overall it is OK. But it’s just OK The Marriott Lounge on the 4th floor is accessed via key card. 8 times out of 10 the key card won’t work. So you need to go back down stairs and get a new one. The lounge is not very inspiring but it has cold c=drinks when you need the,.\\m. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is nice. But strangely you cannot charge to your room?! I used hotel laundry and it all came back on time, nicely cleaned. Along with someone else’s Nike hoodie. I sent that back but the concierge didn’t se, to know what to do. There is a restaurant but colleagues who tried it said it should be avoided On a return trip to Riyadh, I would stay closer into the city. The Marriott at the airport is convenient, but that’s it!

Very basic rooms but OK for a stay. But it's an ibis! I noticed the room price triple in the 5 weeks I spent in the hotel, the staff say it was because Riyadh Season was underway, but that's 6 months a year! Location is perfect with many facilities in walking distance - malls, Kingdom tower food court, restaurants, laundry, etc. There is a coffee shop in the bank lobby next door from 7am, need to be wearing trousers to get in!. Staff were fine, housekeeping were very friendly. Gym was very limited with a couple of treadmills and a pair of 2kg dumbbells! Breakfast was quite good - although they don't open until 7am, they offer a early takeaway breakfast pack depending on who you speak to! But the chef's are really friendly and do a great egg dish! After 5 weeks it gets a little repetitive, but they suggested a few alternatives. I suppose that's what you get for staying so long!! Drainage in the showers was a bit slow and a few strange odours every now and then, but nothing outrageous. Overall, pretty good with no major qualms.

호텔은 리야드 여행에서 가장 좋아하는 부분이었습니다! 호텔은 도심 지역에 있지만 포 포인트 바이 쉐라톤과 같은 호텔에서 일정 수준의 서비스와 제품을 기대하면서 예약했습니다. 도착하자마자 나는 일반적으로 체크 아웃시 전체 체류를 전액 지불하고 커버하는 숙박 전에 전체 체류를 지불하라는 요청을 받았습니다. 이유를 물었을 때 답이 없었습니다. 같은 날 나중에 회의에서 돌아와서 모든 엘리베이터, 심지어 서비스 엘리베이터도 작동하지 않는다는 것을 알았습니다. 17층에 내 방이 있어서 도움이 되지 않아 다른 많은 손님과 마찬가지로 누군가가 그것을 고칠 수 있을 때까지 로비에서 기다렸습니다. 약 15분 후, 한 대의 엘리베이터가 다시 작동하기 시작했지만, 제 방으로 올라가서 다른 회의로 가는 길에 다시 돌아가려고 했을 때, 엘리베이터가 다시 작동하지 않았습니다. 이번에는 그들이 작동하기 시작할 때까지 20분을 기다려야 했습니다. 내가 거기에 머물렀던 4일 동안 엘리베이터에 전기 문제가 있었습니다. 음식은 룸서비스든 메인 레스토랑을 통해 가난했습니다. 가난한 음식 프리젠테이션 외에도 메뉴에 설명된 것과 다른 항목과 다른 시간에는 완전히 맛이 없는 요리를 얻었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이되었지만 불행히도 숙박은 실망했습니다.

Amazing Hotel, The amenities are amazing. Staff were really helpful. Clean and tidy. Great for a business trip.
