This beautiful property is a great oasis in the desert. You are out of the rat race and traffic of the strip, but close enough for a quick Uber to shows and shopping. Gated Community with amenities that include the use of the pool, spa, fitness center, and bbq area. Shopping centers and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk. The strip and major freeways are a 10-15 minute drive. One designated covered parking at no charge.This unit will be on the 2nd floor.
