Nice location - near to train station and main shopping streets, spacious room for a family of 4, very satisfied with the facilities available. There is no reception so mainly you are communicating through WhatsApp but the responses were very quick.  Please ensure you have data as you will need to open doors with the app.  Highly recommend this place

노르웨이에서는 음식이 비싸고 평범합니다. 아파트를 빌리는 것이 이상적입니다. 주의해야 할 몇 가지 사항이 있습니다. 1. 쓰레기를 버리고 휴대폰을 가져와야합니다. 왜요? 왜냐하면 저는 평면, 슬리퍼, 돌아와서, 문 밖에 잠겨 있었기 때문입니다. 두 번째는 방에 살기 위해 깔끔하게 착용하고 휴대폰을 가져와야합니다. 왜요? 화장실에 있었기 때문에 문이 열렸고, 청소 직원이 체크 아웃 시간을 잘못 잡았습니다. 3, 새벽 2시에 휴대폰을 가지고 깔끔하게 착용해야 합니다. 왜요? 불이 울렸기 때문에 모두 건물을 떠났습니다. 마지막으로 인도 친구들이 새벽 1시에 요리를 하고 있었기 때문입니다. 아침 1시에 카레를 뭘 하세요? 건물 전체가 깨어났어, 함께 저녁을 먹는 것이 좋습니다. 그리하여 그가 왔을 때 그가 안전하리라 웃고 울고 말할 수 있습니다. 모두 경험입니다.

오슬로 중앙역까지는 약 2~3정거장 거리이므로, 그곳에서 지하철로 환승해야 합니다. 이 객실은 도윈 지하철역에서 도보로 4분 거리에 있어 매우 편리합니다. 지하철역 근처에 7-23 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 있습니다. 중요한 점은 이 객실에 주방이 있다는 것입니다. 우리 셋은 방을 두 개나 쓰는데, 집처럼 따뜻하고 편리하다고 느껴집니다. 체크아웃 시 침대 시트를 벗겨서 수거함에 놓고, 쓰레기는 문 앞에 두고, 사용한 접시는 설거지를 해야 하며, 보증금 2000원은 환불됩니다. 우리는 이 아파트를 정말 좋아했습니다.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

위치는 역에서 도보로 10분 거리이고 택시 요금은 154크로나로 매우 편리합니다. 주요 브랜드 매장까지 도보로 5분, 거리 3개가 소요됩니다. 부티크 디자인 호텔, 매우 멋집니다. 실내 장식이 매우 세련되어 마음에 듭니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다. 유일한 단점은 셀프서비스가 필요하고, 체크인을 하려면 미리 앱을 다운받아야 하고 휴대폰을 스와이프해 문을 열어야 한다는 점이다. 인터넷이 없다면 매우 안타까운 일이겠지만, 인터넷은 무료이고 연결이 가능한 경우에만 문을 열 수 있습니다. 커뮤니티 도어 카드와 같습니다. 따라서 낮에 체크인해야 하며, 도움을 줄 수 있는 직원이 아래층에 있습니다. 밤에 체크인하지 마세요. 그렇지 않으면 문제가 발생하면 누군가를 찾기가 매우 어려울 것입니다. 아침 1시에 도착했습니다. 그리고 그것은 악몽 같은 경험이었습니다. 보안 구조를 도와준 사람은 씨트립 고객 서비스 웨이웨이였습니다. 머무는 동안 맞이해 주는 사람이 없었고, 일일 청소도 없었습니다. We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

The self check-in was smooth. The area is a bit busy but close to train station and walkable distance to the bus station too. The kitchen and washing machine were all in order. Didn't get to check out the gym due to time constraint.

호텔에서 체크인 전까지 정보수집을 위한 메일을 받지 못해서 비밀번호가 없어서 호텔 문앞에서 임시로 트립 고객센터에 연락을 했습니다. 다행히 고객 서비스가 매우 좋아서 빨리 연락할 수 있게 도와줬어요. 시설이 꽤 잘 갖춰져 있고 위치도 지하철 입구와 꽤 가까우나 침대가 별로 좋지 않고 단순한 스프링 침대처럼 보입니다. 그러다가 이불과 베개에서 냄새가 나서 잠을 자기가 불편했어요.
