로스트 월드 워터파크 바로 옆에 위치한 이 호텔은 정말 훌륭합니다. 객실이 매우 깨끗하고, 편의시설도 충분하며, 서비스도 훌륭합니다.

조용하고 짧은 휴가에 적합한 곳입니다. 온천수는 정말 뜨겁고 상쾌해서 몸을 담그고 나면 기분이 상쾌해집니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 전반적으로 편안한 경험이었고, 시도해 볼 만한 가치가 있습니다.

나는이 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치는 대중 교통, 상점 및 레스토랑과 매우 가까워 매우 편리하여 지역을 쉽게 탐험 할 수 있습니다. 전반적인 환경은 좋고 환영하며 분위기가 매우 편안합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 모든 기본 편의 시설이 제공되었습니다. 직원들은 머무는 동안 정중하고 도움이 되었습니다. 고급스럽지는 않을 수 있지만 가성비가 좋고 다시 여기에 머무를 것을 고려할 것입니다.

온천수 수영장은 숲이 보이는 하이라이트입니다. 너무 아름다워.

It is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

YYasmina17먼저 긍정적인 점은, 약간 깨끗하다는 것입니다. 타월이 충분했습니다. 료칸은 처음 이용했지만, 선웨이 온천 스위트에 묵은 건 3번째입니다. 이전에 묵었을 때는 객실이 훌륭했습니다. 하지만 이 객실은 들어가자마자 바닥과 침대에 머리카락이 있었습니다. 정수기, 다리미판, 세탁기가 없었습니다. 욕실에는 바퀴벌레가 있었고 물 흐름이 너무 느렸습니다. 료칸 경영진은 객실을 업그레이드해 달라고 요청할 수 있습니다. 선웨이 온천 스위트 경영진은 수영장을 청소해 주세요! 온천과 소금물 수영장 모두 더러웠습니다! 심지어 속옷 한 벌을 발견했습니다. 이유는 비가 산에서 흙을 가져왔다는 것입니다.🤷♀️. 전반적으로 테마파크와 산의 멋진 전망입니다.

Apartment Features:
The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather.
Service:
While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

리리뷰어this is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

리리뷰어The look and feel of Sarang Paloh is lovely. It has an old world style which we loved. The location is also great, ten minutes from the station and close to lots of restaurants and spots in the old town.
The room has a nice style to it as does the garden you walk through. The room facilities were lacking, with no fridge and no safe which we would expect at this price point. Hot water in the shower doesn’t last long and they provide a 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner, again something we wouldn’t expect at this price point. The hotel also doesn’t offer room cleaning. This may have been because we stayed for two nights only but this is not communicated on the website or at check in. This meant used cups or water bottles aren’t cleared nor is the rubbish bin emptied. We were also not made aware of locally available discounts for staying at the hotel.
All in all an ok stay but several small things made this not value for the money we paid.

리리뷰어Won't recommend to friend and family. First, my commend will only apply if you go during school / public holiday. This is because the sound insulation is god damn bad especially the room beside you is occupied with children. Seriously my whole family is being woke up by ”natural alarm” (screaming and crying of children starting from 7am and it last for two hours) the noise is big enough like beside your ears, and you are no way to sleep back. Second, the bedsheet makes my parents feel itchy (dustmite bedbug) and they really got bad sleeping experience. Third, the swimming pool is full of kids during day time if you go during school holiday and I dare you won't want to go for a swim anymore...

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning Santorini-inspired aesthetics of this place. The white and blue theme was picture-perfect, making me feel like I was transported straight to Greece. The attention to detail in the design was exceptional, from the charming decor to the cozy and well-maintained rooms.
impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with modern amenities, yet it retained a rustic charm that made it feel special. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was a delightful bonus. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or wind down in the evening.
The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, making my trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely return!

리리뷰어방은 깨끗했고, 킹사이즈 침대 1개와 싱글 침대 1개가 있었습니다. 욕조가 작아서 아이들이 매우 좋아했습니다. 호텔에는 작은 어린이 수영장도 있는데, 실내를 고려해 보세요. 비가 오는 날도 걱정 없습니다. 미니 영화관이 있고, 오후 9시까지 시간을 허용합니다. 호텔에서 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 개선해야 할 점 하나는 방음입니다. 2층에 머물렀는데, 어린이 수영장 소음이 아침/저녁 낮잠을 잘 때 분명히 방해가 됩니다.
