We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

La ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

We all absolutely lived it! The first impression is the super friendly staff. You have to climb quite some steps to reach the room (ard one floor of stairs? Not recommend if you have a lot of luggages) however the staff ran out and helped us to move most of the luggage's to our room. The check in time is actually quite flexible since we arrived at 1230 and the staff still allowed us to check in. The room is very spacious with clean toilets and bathroom, there are Shampoo and body washing separated and some to spare (since we ordered an extra bed in a double room) We are also very surprised about the extra bed because it is not an ordinary expandable sofa bed, but a normal bed. Apart from the nicest service we have ever received, the breakfast is also a highlight. There are tons of choices (sweets like milk pudding, croissant, fruits, normal breakfast like ham and bread) and you can order some specials from the menu. We did try their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon salad, absolutely spot on! It has to be the best breakfast I've ever had from hotel! The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, but quite some walk to piazza San Marco (ard 20 min if you didn't get lost) The hotel provide us a map so that we can find places easier, and turns out we did use this map way more than google map (Google map gets really inaccurate on the island), one service we like a lot again. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and we like the hotel very much! Definitely recommend!

우리는 정오에 도착했는데, 베니스는 만조라서 호텔 앞에 물이 있었고, 나무로 된 다리가 위에 있었습니다. 저희는 짐이 많기 때문에 (저희 5명 중에 여자아이가 3명인데, 각자 28인치 가방을 가지고 있습니다), 호텔 측에서 짐을 호텔 안으로 옮기는 데 도움을 줬으면 좋겠습니다. 그러자 백인 남성 리셉셔니스트가 호텔 내부의 짐만 맡아줄 뿐 도와주기를 거부한다고 말했습니다. 마침내 우리는 웨이터에게 호텔로 들어가는 것을 도와달라고 부탁했습니다. 체크인할 때, 우리는 방 두 개를 예약했습니다. 첫 번째 방은 로얄 스위트룸이었지만 시스템과 호텔 측에서 처음에는 일반 객실을 주었습니다. 우리가 충격을 표현하고 예약서를 보여준 후에야 원래 객실을 받을 수 있었습니다(다행히도 예약되어 있지 않았습니다). 우리가 받은 두 번째 방은 3층의 오른쪽 방이었습니다. 저희 호텔에는 3명이 머물렀는데, 엘리베이터가 없었습니다. 웨이터는 원래 우리가 가방을 위층으로 옮기는 것을 도와주기로 했지만, 웨이터는 가방 하나를 0층 계단 바로 옆에 놓고 우리가 직접 들고 올라가라고 했습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 시설과 환경은 괜찮습니다. 서비스 태도가 너무 나쁘다

커플여행에서 2박을 했습니다. 흰색을 기조로 한 방은 매우 청결감이 있어, 쓰레기나 전 숙박객의 분실물도 없었습니다. 세면도구도 갖추어져 있었기 때문에 단기 체재에는 곤란하지 않습니다. 샤워의 온수도 좋고, 곧 물이 되는 것도 없었기 때문에, 일본의 샤워에 익숙해져도 쾌적하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 스탭에게는 그다지 만나지 않았습니다만, 접수의 여성은 상당히 친신에 대응해 주시고, 영어를 별로 할 수 없는 우리에게도 알기 쉽게 설명해 주셨습니다! 호텔의 입지 자체는 조금 불편하고, 수상 버스나 곤돌라등을 사용하지 않는다면, 어디에 가도 상당히 걷게 됩니다. 특히 주요 관광지인 산 마르코 광장은 멀고, 어른의 발로 30분 정도 걸렸습니다. 단지, 그 길에 가게가 많이 있기 때문에, 시간에 여유가 있는 여행이라면 괴로워하지 않는다고 생각합니다. 또, 호텔 주변에는 레스토랑과 바가 갖추어져 있어 걸어서 3분 정도의 곳에 빵집이나 크레페 가게도 있었습니다. 음식에는 곤란하지 않으므로, 굳이 아침 식사를하지 않고 산책하는 것도 추천합니다. 덧붙여서 호텔 앞에 파출소? 파출소? 같은 것도 있어, 밤낮 경찰다는 법이 보이기 때문에, 주요지로부터 떨어져 있습니다만 치안도 나쁘지는 않습니다. 토탈로 생각하면 코스트에 대해 꽤 만족스러운 체재가 되었습니다!

Отель находится в 12-15 минутах от основных достопримечательностей. На ресепшн встретила очень сервисная администратор (русскоговорящая), которая заселила после 20:40, что позже работы ресепшн. В номере был холодильник с двумя типа воды с газом и без. Чайник не был включен в комплектацию номера. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.

14세기 역사적인 건물에 자리한 작은 호텔로, 기차역과 산 마르코 광장 중간에 위치하여 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 계단과 로비는 좁지만, 조식당과 객실은 충분히 넓습니다. 베네치아의 지붕들이 내려다보이는 테라스는 멋진 휴식을 취하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋지만, 테라스로 갈 때는 머리를 부딪히지 않도록 조심해야 합니다! 조식은 다양하고 맛있으며, 객실과 욕실은 깨끗하고 침대도 편안합니다. 하지만 벽이 매우 얇아서 저녁에는 옆방 투숙객의 대화나 다른 활동 소리가 들립니다. 리셉션은 24시간 운영하지 않으므로 늦은 시간에 체크인할 경우 미리 전화하는 것이 좋습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 정중하며, 도시와 관광 명소, 교통편에 대한 정보를 잘 알고 있습니다. 첫날 밤에는 문 손잡이가 손에 끼어서 움직이지 않았는데, 리셉션에 알렸음에도 불구하고 이틀 후 체크아웃할 때까지 고쳐져 있지 않았습니다. 사소한 불편함이었지만, 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다.
