객실은 훌륭했고, 창밖 풍경은 아름다웠습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하지는 않았지만 딱 적당했고, 직원들은 친절했습니다. 주차 공간도 넉넉했고 집처럼 편안했습니다. 토스카나에서의 자율주행 경험은 정말 훌륭했습니다.

Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Stunning view & room, great breakfast and very very helpful staff!!

Небольшой новый отель, но очень атмосферный. Все продумано до деталей. Красивый вид на долину с виноградниками из ресторана. Предлагают свое вино, так же можно записаться на экскурсию на их винодельню в определенные дни. Номера современные, в номерах есть все необходимое (хорошего качества косметика, постельное белье и полотенца). Есть зона для загара и бассейн 👌 Очень рекомендую этот отель для посещения) тихо, уединенно и душевно ❤️

第二次來錫耶納，強烈推薦住在古城裡，景色太美了，走幾分鐘就到貝殼廣場，如果下次來，還住在這裏，從錫耶納火車站出來右手邊就有出租車，打車到酒店很方便，走的時候，老闆幫忙叫的出租車，酒店可以提供停車位！早餐也不錯，房間外邊景色隨便一拍就是明信片

피렌체에서 묵었던 호텔 중 가장 편안하고 마음에 드는 곳이었습니다. 엄밀히 말하면 게스트하우스 스타일의 호텔이었죠. 아주 아늑하고 깨끗하고 편안하며 정돈되어 있었습니다. 방은 매일 청소되고 쓰레기통도 비워졌습니다. 여행에서 돌아올 때마다 마치 집에 돌아온 것 같은 기분이 들었습니다. 침대 시트와 담요는 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고, 에어컨은 시원하고 조용했으며, 방에는 불쾌한 냄새가 전혀 없었습니다. 바닥부터 천장까지 이어지는 큰 창문으로 햇살이 들어와 방이 깨끗하고 밝았습니다! 창문 방음도 잘 되어 있어서 밤에 조용하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 공용 공간에 전자레인지가 있어서 다행이었고, 10분 거리에 까르푸 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 복숭아는 저렴하고 품질도 좋았습니다. 이 가격에 주전자, 냉장고, 금고, 무료 생수, 커피, 그리고 작은 디저트까지 준비되어 있었습니다. 저는 발코니가 있는 유럽식 숙소를 좋아합니다. 아침에 커피를 끓여 발코니에서 지나가는 사람들을 바라보며 여유롭게 커피를 즐길 수 있었거든요. 위치는 정말 최고였습니다. 기차역에서 걸어서 몇 분, 피렌체 대성당에서 걸어서 10분 거리였습니다. 다만 샤워할 때 변기 바닥에 물이 튀지 않도록 조심해야 했습니다. 변기에 문이 없어서 청결을 유지할 수 없었기 때문입니다. 또 한 가지 말씀드리고 싶은 점은, 호텔에서 보내드린 이메일의 링크를 꼼꼼히 읽고 양식을 모두 작성한 후 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 안내를 단계별로 따라하시면 ​​휴대폰에 문 잠금 해제 화면이 나타나고, 전자 잠금 장치를 사용하여 객실에 원활하게 들어갈 수 있습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들이 짐을 숙소까지 옮겨주는 데 매우 친절했습니다. 간단히 말해, 이곳에서의 숙박은 바쁘지만 즐거웠던 피렌체 여행의 멋진 추억을 만들어 주었습니다.
