같은 가격에 매우 좋은 위치, 비즈니스 지구 및 교회 광장과 매우 가깝습니다. 객실은 매우 넓고 비좁은 호텔 객실과 매우 다릅니다. 온 가족이 함께 여행하기에 더 적합합니다. 조식이 매우 푸짐하고 5성급 호텔에 비할 바가 못됩니다. 체크아웃이 너무 이른 경우 호텔에서 미리 테이크아웃 조식을 준비해 드립니다. 참고로 프론트 데스크는 24시간 상주하지 않습니다. 너무 늦게 도착하는 경우 미리 호텔에 인사하는 것이 좋습니다.

Villa la Lumia is a magical place to relax, surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with lemon and olive trees. I stayed for two nights and honestly didn't want to leave — I spent both days simply enjoying the calm and beauty of the property. I had a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the ancient temples, and in the evening I watched them light up — it was absolutely spectacular. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was lovely. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean, and you could really feel the attention to detail — complimentary snacks, a mini fridge stocked with wine, beer, and juice, and thoughtful touches throughout. This place is a true gem for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Agrigento.

Buena situación para ir caminando al centro, aunque con vehículo no se puede acceder y toca dejarlo en un parking cercano el cual es bastante caro. Baño un poco justo de tamaño.

회사 출장으로 4박을 이용했습니다. 전체적으로 만족도 10점 만점에 8.5점 정도 입니다. ^^ 시내 중심가와의 거리(대성당, 콰토르콴티 등)가 도보로 20분 이내(물론 제가 조~금 빠른 속도이지만)였기에 대중교통 이용하지 않았고 오가는 길 자체도 특별히 위험함이 없었습니다. 제가 예약한 방은 테라스가 있는 방이었기에 개방감도 있었고, 환기가 완벽하여 아침, 저녁 좋았습니다.일반 호틸이 아닌B&B형태 숙소를 처음 이용했는데, 호텔 안내 머무는게 아니라면 충분히 가성비가 좋은 것 같습니다. 여기서는 콘프레이크, 우유, 커피 정도는 이용 가능했고 전자레인지가 있어 외부에서 사온 음식을 먹는데 문제가 없었습니다. 테이블이 많지 않았지만 식당이 있었고 방에도 테이블은 있었습니다. 에어컨, 냉장고 모두 사용감이 거의 없이 좋았습니다. 출발 한참 전부터 호텔 총괄 관리자(사장님인지, 총괄 관리자인지는 물어보지 못하고 옴 ㅎ)와 Whatappd을 통해 채탱을 하고 갔었는데 도착해서도 필요한 문의를 충분히 할 수 있었습니다. 매일 오전에 호텔에 들려 체크를 하는 듯했고 청소 담당하시는 분은 따로 있었습니다. 제가 이 숙소를 이용하면서 그나마 가장 어려움을 겪었던 것은 바로 열쇠였습니다. ㅎ 0층 건물 출입구,EL고내려서 나오는 호텔 현관문, 방 까지 총 3개의 열쇠(번호키가 아니고)를 받았는데, 익숙치 않아서 하루이틀 고생을 좀 했습니다. 호텔 건물 내부 엘리베이트는 정말 깜짝 놀랐는데, 4일 이용ㅇ하다보니 오히려 재미있더라구요. ^^ 어떻게 이런 아날로그식 엘리베이터가 잘 작동ㅇ르 하는건지 신기할 정도였습니다. 호텔 - 공항까지 두번 모두 호텔에서 소해재 주신 팩업 서비스를 이용했는데 팔레르모 공항까지 거리가 상당히 있다보니 비용은 50~60유로가 들었는데, 저는 혼자 이기도 했고 빠듯한 시간이 모두 이동했기에 서비스 받기 참 잘했다는 결론입니다. 회사 출장을 갔기 때문에 영수증 처리가 필요했는데, 1일당 지불하는 관광세 4유로, 첫날 픽업서비스 사용한 현금에 대한 영수증을 수기로 받기 했는데, 처리에 문제가 있을지는 아직 모르겠습니다. 호텔 근처에는 이용 가능한 피자, 식당, 카페 등이 있었는데 하루 한끼 정도 했기 때문에 충분했습니다. 걱정이 많았던 홀로 팔레르모 출장. 호텔 시설과 친절한 관리자 덕분에 만족스러운 기억으로 남을 듯합니다. 추천합니다. 이호텔~~~

Binario 91 is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Palermo Central Bus and Train Station. It’s also within walking distance of the old town centre. The room air conditioning is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. Carmen is very responsive to alm your requests.

La struttura è situata a pochi passi dai Quattro Canti, in posizione eccellente per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi attrazione. Abbiamo trovato la nostra camera un po' datata, avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di un restiling. Testata del letto in tessuto, perciò non lavabile, quindi poco igienica. Il condizionatore è rumoroso, perciò se dovesse essere molto caldo e doveste tenerlo acceso di notte, darebbe fastidio. Insonorizzazione pessima. La strada in cui si trova la struttura, nonostante sia in centro, non è particolarmente rumorosa. Nota di merito, nonostante non fosse un albergo, ma solo affitta camere, la pulizia è stata effettuata tutti i giorni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media.
