전반적으로는 괜찮았습니다. 객실 위생은 문제 없었지만, 욕실이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 가끔 수건이 충분히 비치되지 않은 점도 있었지만, 그래도 전체적으로는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 그리고 찾아가는 길은 처음엔 좀 헤맸는데, 큰 정원을 찾은 다음 철문을 통해 들어서서 바로 우회전하시면 됩니다.

I have experienced my self staying in this hostel for a night. I thought the condition is bad as what I read in the google feedback. But in fact it is not that I expected. Everything is good, clean, and satisfactory. Very recommended for those who seek cheap accommodation in Rome.

장점은 특정 요일에 가격이 특히 저렴하다는 점과 조식이 제공되지만 뷔페는 아니라는 점입니다. 주변 환경이 매우 좋고 조용합니다. 짐 보관이 편리했고, 프런트 데스크도 매우 좋았습니다.
단점이 있다면, 교회 양쪽에 와이파이가 없어서 그럴 수도 있겠습니다. 한쪽에는 무선 네트워크가 없어야 합니다.

La estancia es moderna y con todas las facilidades. El baño está muy bien y dispone de aire acondicionado. La ubicación es tranquila, es decir, algo alejada del bullicioso centro pero tienes cerca parada del metro/bus directo y zona de copas justo detras.
Mejoraría la forma de contactar: te enteras nada mas llegar a la puerta por un folio escrito a mano en la puerta de la calle. Podrían adelantar esa información o facilitar por la agencia el numero de teléfono (obligatorio saber ingles/italiano)

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura a metà novembre e, a parte qualche piccolo problema riscontrato con il riscaldamento della camera, possiamo dire di esserci trovati bene!

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

1120nyWe recently visited this flat and were very impressed with its location and surroundings. The apartment is situated just a short walk from Vatican City, making it an excellent choice for anyone planning to explore St. Peter’s Basilica and the nearby attractions.
The neighborhood is lively yet charming, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias right around the corner. You’ll never run out of dining options, whether you’re in the mood for authentic Italian cuisine or a quick coffee before sightseeing.
The convenience of the area, combined with the vibrant local atmosphere, makes this flat a great base for enjoying Rome.

Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters).
Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself.
The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in.
Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking.
The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom.
That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

TThe Black Asian Ja이 호텔은 매우 작지만 실제 숙박 공간을 최대한 활용했습니다. 내 방은 다른 건물에 있었고 매우 달콤한 접수원이 열쇠와 엘리베이터가 있는 튜토리얼을 주었습니다. 당신이 나만큼 유럽에 익숙하지 않다면 이것은 절대적으로 필요한 단계였습니다. 내가 들어갔을 때 방은 넓고 깨끗하며 멋지게 장식되어 있고 편안했습니다. 욕실도 마찬가지로 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 Tiber 강에 앉아 강과 아래 거리의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 창문이 닫히면 교통 소리가 들리지 않아 방도 놀라울 정도로 조용했습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 건강에 좋은 첫 번째 아침에 요청한 시간에 내 방에서 제공되었으며 두 번째 아침에는 본관 ...의 아침 식사 스테이션에 가야했습니다. 위치는 대부분의 사이트에서 도보로 10-15분, colessuem에서 도보로 약 30-35분 거리에 있습니다. 나는 걷는 동안 꽤 안전하다고 느꼈지만 물론 여전히 경계하고 리셉션은 나에게 지도를 주고 사용 방법을 보여주고 시간을 최대한 활용하기 위해 가장 좋은 경로에 대해 교육했습니다. 대체로 훌륭한 객실, 서비스 및 위치. 나는 매우 추천 할 것이다.
그러나 개선을 위해 그들은 내가 이번 여행에서 머물렀던 많은 호텔과 마찬가지로 손님에게 구강 관리 세트와 침대 슬리퍼를 줄 수 있습니다.

NNanaiqing호텔이라고는 하지만 B&B에 가깝습니다. 프런트 데스크는 체크인 시에만 직원이 있고, 청소 서비스도 있습니다. 객실은 꽤 넓은데 욕실이 조금 좁습니다. 엘리베이터가 바로 연결되어 있지 않아서 계단을 오르내리기가 조금 힘듭니다. 짐이 많으신 분들은 조금 불편할 수도 있습니다.

리리뷰어호텔 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 대부분의 관광 명소가 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있고, 바로 옆에 지하철역도 있습니다. 매일 아침 두 대의 공유 자전거가 입구에 자동으로 나타나서 정말 편리했습니다. 😃
호텔은 스페인 계단 바로 옆, 가장 안전한 지역 중 하나에 있습니다. 몇 걸음만 가면 쇼핑가에 도착합니다. 바로 길가에 있어서 이동이 편리하면서도 소음이 전혀 없어서 정말 완벽합니다.
호스트는 정말 인내심 많고 친절했습니다. 처음 도착했을 때, 숙소 안으로 들어가는 데 불편함이 없도록 도와주셨고, 아무리 많은 질문을 해도 항상 신속하게 답변해 주셨습니다. 근처 맛집도 많이 추천해 주셔서 가봤는데, 모두 정말 맛있었어요!
직원들도 정말 친절했습니다. 모두 전문적이고 업무 처리 능력이 뛰어난 것 같습니다. 방 청소도 꼼꼼하게 해주시고, 에어컨 켜는 것도 도와주고, 커튼 쳐주는 것도 도와주셨고, 지하철 노선도 친절하게 확인해 주셨습니다.
객실 자체는 완벽했어요. 아주 넓고, 침대도 아주 편안했고, 필요한 건 다 갖춰져 있었어요. 에어컨 두 대와 TV 두 대가 있었고, 욕실도 크고 깨끗했어요.
정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요.😃
