Nice staff, breakfast options were limited for vegetarians, location is really nice. Close to the beach with some food options at walkable distance.

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice. The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted. The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat. In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days. We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place. We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there. We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again. The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place). The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive. All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

정말 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 강력 추천합니다. 도착 전에 호텔 측에서 연락을 주셔서 체크인 절차(매우 간단했습니다)에 대한 모든 안내를 해주셨고, 궁금한 점도 모두 친절하게 답변해 주셨습니다. 호텔을 찾는 것도 쉬웠습니다. 표지판만 잘 읽으면 됩니다. 객실은 밝고 깨끗하며 넓었습니다. 쾌적했고, 특히 더운 날에는 정말 시원했습니다. 에어컨도 조용하게 잘 작동했습니다. 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았지만, 간식, 주스, 우유가 제공되었습니다. 차와 커피도 준비되어 있었습니다. 냉장고, 커피 메이커, 전기 주전자도 있었습니다. 객실 청소는 매일 해주셨습니다. 창문에는 모기장과 롤 블라인드가 설치되어 있습니다. 다만, 창문이 도시 쪽을 향하고 있으면 소음이 좀 있을 수 있습니다. 저는 잠을 잘 자는 편이라 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 욕실에는 샴푸, 비누, 수건, 헤어드라이어 등 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다. 수압도 좋았고, 레인 샤워헤드와 탈착식 샤워헤드가 모두 있었습니다. 물 사용에도 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 건물에 엘리베이터가 있어요! 길 건너편에 작은 식료품점이 있고, 근처에도 여러 곳이 있어요. 카페도 많고요. 위치가 정말 좋아요: - 역사 지구까지 걸어서 몇 분 거리 - 기차역까지 걸어서 15~20분 거리 - 공항까지 택시로 20분 거리 - 강변까지 걸어서 30~40분 거리 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사합니다 :)

매력적인 오래된 센터뿐만 아니라 주말 이른 아침까지 거리 파티가 열리는 블록의 중심부에서 강타하십시오. 그러나 작은 부티크 호텔이 거리의 안뜰에 입구가있는 오래된 건물의 4 층에 있기 때문에 소음 공해가 없습니다. 우리는 두 아들(17세와 10세)과 함께 여행했고 작동했지만 숙박 시설의 비전통성으로 인해 어린 딸들과 함께 머물지 않을 것입니다. 공공 장소나 서비스는 없으며 현대적이고 대리석 디자인으로 설계된 직선형 객실(리셉션에서 한 복도에 있는 6개만 있음)만 있습니다. 3번 방은 넓고 멋진 4주식 침대가 있고 1번은 덜하지만 둘 다 샤워실에 LED 조명 기능이 있는 모든 타일 욕실에서 비데를 위한 공간이 있었습니다! 둘 다 프랑스 발코니도 있습니다. 3번 방에서 베수비오 산을 볼 수 있습니다. 가격 나열 된 미니바가 있고 남편은 매트리스를 정말 좋아했습니다. 리셉션은 24시간은 아니지만 WhatsApp을 통해 의사 소통이 매우 훌륭하고 개인적이었습니다. 옥상 테라스가 기대되었지만 파노라마 전망대 역할을 하는 맨손으로 사용하지 않았습니다. 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 우리에게 가장 중요한 것은 호텔이 깨끗하고 우리가 나폴리에 머물렀던 밤에 어떤 형태의 사치를 가지고 있다는 것입니다!

My family and I had a precious and memorable experience at Casa Astarita guesthouse in October. Although we walked for a while from the bus station to the house, we soon realized that we were already passing through the most central and lively area of Sorrento. Everything we wanted—restaurants, gift shops, gelato and drink bars, supermarkets, and more—was just a few steps from the guesthouse. The reception and hospitality at Casa Astarita were even more surprising and heartwarming, making us feel truly at home. We were deeply touched and grateful to be guests here. We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast time with other guests in the common dining area. The maids were kind and thoughtful, customizing our meals to our preferences. The room was spacious, and the furniture solid and traditionally functional—not designed for those expecting luxury decor, but perfectly comfortable. The balcony overlooked the main street below, where we could hear buskers and Italian music playing from the nearby restaurants, giving us an immersive sense of the city. On our checkout day, as we wanted to stay in the city until late, we were gladly offered luggage storage without hesitation. We sincerely thank the host for their considerate and customer-oriented service.
