Despite the aging facility, i guess they did a great job. Just Maintenance needed. Curious about the BBQ facility can be put in every cabin, since the distance between are near, not everyone may enjoy the smoke shared. I appreciate their punctuality delivering breakfast.

가족 3명이 묵을 방 2개를 예약했습니다. 방은 나란히 있지만 연결 문은 없었습니다. 호텔 관리가 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다. 화장실 변기가 누렇게 변색되어 있었습니다. 호텔이라기보다는 모텔에 가까웠습니다. 방은 두 명이 쓰기에 적당했고 가방을 놓을 공간은 충분했습니다. 직원들은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 친절하고 도움을 주려고 항상 대기하고 있었습니다. 카페 음식도 맛있었습니다. 거기서 아침을 먹었습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었습니다.

We were first given a room with a leaking bathroom, but after reporting it to the receptionist, the issue was handled quickly and we were given a replacement room. The hotel was comfortable, with plenty of kid-friendly facilities. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent—every hotel staff member we passed always greeted us with a smile. The only downside was that we had requested an anniversary message on the mirror via the app, but it wasn’t done. Other than that, if we ever come back to Garut, this hotel would definitely be our top choice.

Enjoy this boutique hotel. Front staff is friendly n helpful. Location is still good near city area. Only AC is not function well.

글램핑 경험이 정말 좋았어요. 평화롭고 편안한 분위기 속에서 멋진 경치를 감상할 수 있었어요. 객실에는 즐거운 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었어요. 숙소까지 가는 길이 꽤 까다로웠지만, 숙련된 현지 운전자가 있어서 호텔에서 가는 방법을 명확하게 알려주었어요 (아주 이른 아침에 도착했어요). 호텔 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됐어요. 아침 식사는 괜찮았고 경치도 좋았어요. 단 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면 아침 식사 공간에 파리가 있어서 파리 때문에 식당에서 식사하기가 조금 불편하다는 점이에요. 그 외에는 장점이에요.

아늑한 것이 있습니다. 단체와 같은 연 여행자는 적합할 때만 입장할 수 있습니다. 장소는 편안합니다. 깨끗한. 고맙습니다

Lokasi nya strategis dekat dengan pusat kota. Kamar type executive king nya luas sekali untuk ukuran guest house. Kamar mandi nya sudah lengkap ada hair dryer nya, sabun, shampoo, handwash, serta air panas. Tersedia amenities juga. Channel tv nya lengkap banget, channel luar negeri jg ada, walaupun bukan smart tv namun tetap bisa nonton film juga. Ada sarapan nya jg, tapi menu variannya ga terlalu banyak, tiap hari beda2 menu. Misalnya nasi goreng, lumpia, roti, buah. Besoknya beda lagi tapi roti dan buah selalu ada. Lumayan kalau mau makan yg simpel dan ga ribet. Kekurangannya, akses menuju guest house nya agak sempit jalannya, tapi masih bisa dilalui 2 jalur mobil. Parkirannya ga terlalu luas. Air panas nya ga bisa langsung dipakai, jd harus nunggu dulu beberapa menit baru panas.
