매우 오래되었지만 깨끗하고 사랑스러운 직원과 멋지게 제공되는 아침 식사가 있습니다. 나는 또한 리셉션에서 항상 사용할 수있는 물을 높이 평가했습니다!

What a lovely 1 night stay I had. Bill is a great host providing spotlessly clean rooms, great hospitality, perfect in room facilities, great choice of locally sourced breakfast, good location 15 mins stroll from the town and an all round very good value for money B&B. I will definitely be back.

No words to say how the night was there. Awesome staff and really really helpful. For sure next time I go there I shall stay in

住的是三人間，一張雙人床一張單人床，房東非常熱情，checkin的時候介紹設施和周邊環境很詳細，房間雖小但設備齊全乾凈整潔，早餐每人可以選最多七樣東西（包含牛奶橙汁三明治吐司牛角包穀物酸奶水果等等各項），整體入住體驗不錯。

The room and the bathroom were considerately big and spotless.The place is at a walking distance of all interesting places.I'd love to return to Arden place.

I spent two nights here for the Shakespeare celebrations and absolutely loved it. The house has such a perfect ambience — cozy and welcoming. The room was perfect, too: spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that they had a TV in the room — it was nice to have it on for some white noise since I was travelling alone. Plus, they provided an electric kettle with instant coffee, milk, and tea, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities (soap, towels, etc.) were complete. They offered several options for breakfast, but I always went with the English breakfast—and it was so good! Not to forget, cereals, fruit, jam, and milk were also available in the dining room. It's too bad I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the separate kitchen, but the street view from its window gave it such good vibes. I would definitely come back here if I revisit this city!

Very cozy pub / hotel. Enjoyed the food served at the restaurant, and the room we had was comfortably big.

쉬운 체크인; 기차역과 메인 센터에서 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 공원 옆에 있으며 Avon 및 운하 보도를 따라 Warwick까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 환상적인 아침 식사와 객실에는 단기 체류에 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다.

非常不錯，就是地址遠了點，交通不太方便，但老闆很好，比較偏但環境不錯，也是一個不錯的選擇，下次有機會還住
