Great location just a short walk away from the pier and 10-15 min drive from Babbacombe. Clean, cozy rooms with nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Fantastic, freshly made delicious breakfasts. Thank you Jonathan & Sade for such a pleasant stay!

If you are not sure where to stay - don’t waste any time looking elsewhere, I can 100% recommend staying at Arran Lodge. We were so impressed with how well we were looked after, a clean and kept room with everything you might possibly need, including a welcome treat - homemade cake, space to park the car outside the house, a welcome reception and the most wonderful breakfast choice! Staying here was a treat and will definitely be back! Thank you for being such great hosts! Anna and Chris

This accommodation was awesome. Beautiful surroundings, directions to the b & b were very helpful, staff were very accommodating. And a great breakfast. The room was beautiful and will definitely go back sometime.

우리는 우리의 체류를 정말로 즐겼습니다. 우리는 킹 사이즈 침대를 가지고 있었고 매우 편안하고 깨끗했습니다. 아주 좋은 아침 식사도 있습니다. Ged와 Claire에게 감사합니다. 우리는 당신의 bnb를 우리의 친구와 가족에게 추천 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어Lovely friendly place next to the river. Plenty of parking facilities just over the bridge which is approx five minute walk.
The room itself is spacious enough although for some may be a little dated. Bed is comfortable with a lovely duvet and pillows. Only downside was the curtains which are not blackout so do let in too much light for me but heyho I still had a reasonable night sleep
To get to the room we stayed in, we had to walk up a spiral staircase which for some people, this could be a struggle as the steps have been assembled quite tightly due to space so make the steps on the small side, there is obviously a handrail so coming down side ways helps.
Breakfast was continental consisting of fruit, cereal, yoghurt ( which was exceptionally tasty) toast etc. An English breakfast was offered at an additional cost but we preferred this option.
All in all a lovely place to stay with friendly welcoming hosts who were on hand to offer advise and assistance should you need it.

FF HonourBooked a last minute break and have to say what a little gem this hotel is.
We were welcomed by the owners Steve & Wendy who the most friendly and down to earth people you would ever wish to meet.
Their attention to detail is second to none.
Complimentary home baked Bakewell tart, fresh milk if needed and an even honesty bar whereby you are trusted to serve your own drinks and settle upon departure.
Never came across this before at any hotel stay, just shows what genuine good people the owners are.
The hotel is immaculate, tastefully decorated and only a few moments stroll to the sea front.
We had the best nights sleep, mattress was extremely comfortable and bed linen was of high quality.
Lovely freshly cooked breakfast made to order with additional fresh continental offerings available.
This hotel failed to disappoint we can’t wait to visit again.

AAn KhEverything was great in the hotel. The room for three persons is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Towels, soap, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee - everything was in the room. The TV was in a convenient location for viewing from all beds. The location is very comfortable for visiting the old and modern city. The way to the sea took 5-7 minutes of slow walking. At breakfast we felt like a royal family, everything was delicious and satisfying. )) We will definitely return.

리리뷰어호텔은 역에서 매우 가까워서 캐리어가 있음에도 힘들지 않았습니다. 호텔의 스태프들은 매우 친절했고, 저에게 좋은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력해주었습니다. 호텔 방도 좋았지만, 아무래도 shared bathroom 인 점은 불편했습니다. 물론 투숙객이 많지 않고 분비지 않아 제가 화장실을 이용하는데 불편함은 없었지만, 그럼에도 방을 나가서 화장실을 이용하는 점이 약간 불편했습니다. 그 점만 제외하고는 호텔 조식도 좋았고, 다른 모든 면은 좋았습니다.

SSan NaikLower Thorton farm a set in idyllic farm location. It’s beautiful surroundings and scenery makes anyone ignore the travel time to the south West. The accommodatio at the property is well attended For and catered by Alison who keeps it meticulously clean . Location is very quiet and peaceful and would entice anyone looking for a good couple of days of getaways into the quiet nature.

리리뷰어Stayed in Room 3 with roll top bath and Harbour View, absolutely stunning, better even than pics. Jo made us feel extremely welcome, the breakfast was really delicious and plentiful. Range of choices, all freshly cooked to order. Having spent just one night here I would happily book again and come stay for longer. Avoid Wednesday in Feb as most restaurants closed.

The breakfast was probably the best I'd been looked after in a hotel and everything was great.
If I'm ever in that area again it will be my first thought of place to stay.

리리뷰어Stayed there few times over the years, however under new management. Delighted to say the wonderful Paul and Gayle are now running things- nothing too much trouble, very friendly and already giving the place some tlc. It’s a lovely location and hopefully will be back soon.

리리뷰어Very good hotel! Nice decoration! Before you check in, your room has a great presentation. The owners are friendly, they offered a cup of milk and biscuits after you check in. But the washer water is not strong, but I still will stay here again. Would highly recommended.
