Illuminated first snow ski trail starts from the yard. The nearest restaurant is on the ground floor of the house. The two Levi Kunkku houses have at least food and dance restaurants and a karaoke bar. There is good soundproofing in the house. Hullu Poro Arena 100 m. Several restaurants 100 – 500 m. There is a construction site on the area beginning from 2022 and it will last several years.

A marked snowshoe trail also runs right next to the house. The ski bus runs every half hour from Levi Golf to the center and from there to e.g. to the southern slopes (Etelärinteet). Water for the sauna can be taken from the water tap in the yard or from the lake (10 meter distance).
