드리맨 홈스테이

We stayed here as part of a coach tour. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Our room was clean, very warm and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the water extremely hot, use caution. Food was plentiful. Breakfast was porridge and cereal with a hot selection that always had sausage, bacon and egg with other sides that varied. Tea/coffee and toast on the tables. You chose your dinner courses at breakfast. The meat is of good quality and everyone tended to get the same meat and vegetables with their chosen meat/fish/veggie/dressing. I recommend trying the fish dishes as the salmon, trout and mackerel were delicious. There are plenty of traditional foods to try like haggis, potato scones and black pudding. The bar areas have open fires and there was an all inclusive bar from 7.30-10.30pm. The hotel is a good base for exploring Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. We also visited Stirling and Glasgow. The hotel put on entertainment each evening, a quiz, singer, history talk and piper/Scottish dancer for Burns Night.
