We were extremely disappointed with this hotel Yes, the location is good, but so many other things were tired and hopelessly dated. I can’t remember when I have ever stayed in a hotel anywhere that did not have individual temperature controls in the room. The shower was very slippery and the water temperature was uneven. The bathroom amenities were minimal, given the price for the rooms. And instant coffee in the room?? Every other hotel we stayed at in Argentina had a Keurig or Nespreso machine. Finally, we are becoming accustomed to finding USB ports in hotel rooms for our devices and there were none. Fortunately I had my own adapters, because the hotel had run out of them. I believe this hotel has a 4-star rating, but this was no 4-star experience. Also I reached out to this hotel several times via email and had no reply. There was no manager available during our stay.

Deceiving. These photos don’t show reality. The hotel’s reception and breakfast area are ok. However, things change dramatically when you go to the bedrooms. They are dirty and extremely small. I felt disgusted when I walked on the very dirty and stained carpet. The bathroom is very very small, very dirty and things don’t work properly. The closet doors are very hard to operate, the wooden blinds were ripped here and there. The toilet leaks continuously and the bath tub doesn’t drain well. When I showered, the water would not drain and raise by 1 foot or more. The breakfast was ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent  Rooms had an amazing view with a hot tub/jacuzzi in each room by the window overlooking the view of the mountains/lake. Bed was very comfortable. Internet could be a little slow at times. Food was excellent, breakfast was very good. A very relaxing stay with rooms with a view to die for. We had rooms in the 3rd block the higher up you go the better the view. 05 rooms have a jacuzzi in the bay window of the room overlooking the lake. Would most certainly come back.   .

Llao Llao에 예약을 하러 갔을 때 새로운 Moreno wing에서 더 비싼 방을 쉽게 선택할 수 있었습니다. 그러나 호텔 웹 사이트는 오래된 Bustillo 객실이 모레노 객실과 같은 멋진 호수 전망을 가지고 있는 것처럼 보이게 했기 때문에 추가 가격의 가치가 없는 것 같았습니다. 그러나 우리가 부스티요 건물 4층에 주어진 방은 작고 어둡고 매우 우울했습니다. 서 있는 것만 볼 수 있는 도머 창을 통해 호수의 작은 전망이 있었습니다. 대부분의 체류 기간 동안 비가 내렸기 때문에 우리는 방에서 많은 시간을 보낼 수 밖에 없었습니다. 정말 음침했습니다. 욕실도 특히 낡았고 침대도 편안하지 않았습니다. Llao Llao의 위치는 확실히 극적이며 특히 실내 / 실외 수영장은 훌륭합니다. 나는 호텔이 좋은 날씨에 훨씬 더 좋다고 확신합니다. 그러나 이것이 우리가 주어진 방의 황량한 상태를 고려할 때 5 성급 호텔로 간주 될 수 있다는 것은 상상할 수 없습니다.

이것은 정말 멋진 숙박이었습니다! 직원, 특히 Gonzalo는 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 공항 교통편을 마련하는 것부터 현지에서 볼 장소에 대한 추천을 제공하는 것까지 일반적으로 매우 도움이 됩니다. 공간 자체는 안데스 산맥이 있는 호수가 내려다보이는 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있습니다. 방은 매력적이고 깨끗했습니다 - 바닥 난방이 있습니다!!! 위치가 Bariloche 중심에서 떨어져 있어서 훨씬 더 조용해서 마음에 들었습니다. 또한 하이킹을 하고 폭포를 볼 수 있는 놀라운 공원 바로 옆에 있습니다. 차가 필요하지는 않지만 아마도 차를 추천할 것입니다.
