Son gün gitmeden sabah saat 10'da havuza indim ve temizlendigi söylendi ve giremedim malesef. Keșke daha farkli saatlerde temiziligi yapilsa. Ondan onceki aksami girmemistim sabah gitmeden yuzme havuzuna giderim diye ama bu sekilde nasip olmadi. Yemekleri ve odasi ve manzarasi guzeldi.

호텔은 좋은 인상을 남겼습니다. 객실도 나쁘지 않았고, 아이를 위해 무료로 큰 침대를 추가로 제공해 주었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만, 따뜻한 음식 종류는 다소 부족했습니다. 호텔 한쪽에서는 50미터 떨어진 모스크가 보입니다. 귀마개를 준비하거나 다른 전망의 객실을 요청하는 것이 좋습니다.

Amazing hotel. The lady at the reception was extremely nice. At the time off checkout the General Manager came to me asking if everything was nice. Perfect and professionally run hotel. Would stay again.

The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

Hotel is reasonable for the price. However, booked with Trip app for 2 adults and 2 kids, the 3 person room was not suitable, although it was proposed in the app. The hotel offered is a second room, for the same price, hence solving our problem.

Otel odası büyüklüğü çok iyiydi.Yatak çok rahattı. Otel çalışanlarından ve kahvaltısından da memnun kaldık. Otel mobilyaları, halıları ve oda banyosu biraz eskimiş. Otelin lokasyonu geniş bir bulvar üzerinde. Etraf güvenli fakat iş bölgesi. Yürüyerek etrafı gezmek için uygun değil.

入住 Ramada Encore by Wyndham Konya Karatay 的整體體驗不錯。酒店環境乾淨整潔，大堂明亮現代，給人舒適的第一印象。前台服務熱情，辦理入住迅速，工作人員英語溝通順暢。房間面積適中，床鋪舒適，浴室乾淨，熱水供應穩定。早餐種類豐富，有土耳其特色菜式與西式選擇，品質令人滿意。酒店可以代客泊車，適合自駕旅客。唯一稍顯不足的是周邊配套相對較少。總體來説，這是一家設施齊全、服務周到、性價比較高的商務型酒店，適合過境或短暫停留。
