약간 다행이 있더라도 Convento de Arraiolos에서 멋진 숙박을 했습니다. 늦은 밤에 도착했을 때 리셉션이 비어 있다는 것을 알았고 작지 않은 호텔 부지를 돌아 다니며 이야기 할 사람을 찾아야했습니다. 결국 우리는 레스토랑을 찾았고 직원이 접수원에게 단어를 보냈습니다. 나는 우리가 젊은 여성의 저녁 식사 시간을 방해하지 않았는지 궁금해하지 않을 수 없었다. ... 그녀는 부재에 대해 매우 사과했고, 심지어 운영 시간보다 훨씬 컸음에도 불구하고 내부 수영장과 사우나를 사용하라고 말했습니다. 두 수영장 모두 훌륭하고 매우 긴 하루를 보낸 후 사우나가 진정됩니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고 아침 식사는 꽤 좋았습니다. 현지 치즈와 빵을 놓치지 마세요! 호텔은 직원이 매우 부족한 것처럼 보였지만 - 이는 우리가 욕실 쓰레기통에서 수집되지 않은 쓰레기를 발견했다는 사실을 설명할 수 있습니다. 직원들은 완벽하고 매우 전문적이었습니다. 게다가 테니스 코트는 혼란스러운 상태에 있으며 포장 도로는 확실히 개조가 필요한 것처럼 보입니다. 전반적으로 멋진 숙박과 휴식을 위해 확실히 권장되며 Pestana 그룹과 같은 명성의 브랜드가 운영하는 곳에서 일부 관리 결정이 당황스러워 보입니다.

O hotel é perfeito do começo ao fim! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia, educação e acolhimento pela equipe da recepção, que merece um destaque especial. É aquele tipo de atendimento que faz você se sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindo. O quarto é lindo, confortável e muito bem cuidado, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e aquele cheirinho delicioso de tudo impecavelmente preparado. A piscina é maravilhosa e o café da manhã, impecável, com muita qualidade e atenção aos detalhes. Ficamos apenas duas noites e, depois de vivenciar um pouco do que a propriedade oferece, minha impressão é de que o ideal seria ficar pelo menos três noites. Há muito para aproveitar, apreciar e simplesmente desfrutar com calma.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

에보라에서 묵기에 최고의 호텔입니다. 작은 마을에 이렇게 현대적이고 잘 관리된 호텔이 있을 줄은 몰랐어요. 여러 관광 명소와 레스토랑이 도보 거리에 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 영어를 구사합니다. 뒤쪽을 향한 객실은 조용하고 편안했습니다. 저희는 309호에 묵었는데, 직원분이 가장 좋은 방이라고 추천해 주셨어요. 주차장은 지하에 있고 안전하며 투숙객은 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.

하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 꽤 좋고, 아침 식사가 풍부하고, 위치는 괜찮은데 주차가 매우 편리하고, 아침 식사가 매우 좋고, 방이 넓고, 전반적인 경험이 나쁘지 않고, 서비스 응답이 매우 빠릅니다.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Evora und haben uns das MouraSuits Hotel gebucht. Der Check-In war super freundlich und wir durften unser Zimmer sogar eher beziehen als angegeben. Das Hotel bietet einen extra Parkplatz, sodass wir auch keine Probleme hatten unser Auto abzustellen. Wir hatten ein Superior-Room für 2 Personen mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Bad ist wunderschön ausgestattet mit einer Regendusche. Der Pool ist auch angenehm kühl gewesen, aber nicht zu kalt. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Wir konnten uns unsere Eierspeise dazu bestellen ohne Aufpreis, es gab diverse frische Säfte sowie Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, Gepäck etc. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The hotel and location are nice. The service at the restaurant is terrible: very slow, very amateur, always needing to ask for the same things 2 or 3 times; the service takes forever, almost two hours dinner, with waiting periods over 45 minutes between courses. Very bad. Room was very clean and cozy.

Excellent hotel. Beds and linens were great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast. Approximately 15 minute walk to centre. Would definitely recommend.

Instalações a precisar de renovação, nota-se que é um bom hotel, mas precisa de trocar o chão (alcatifa) e móveis (antigos). Outro aspeto menos bom é o facto de se pagar para usar o ginásio (5€) e o snoker (8€ preço excessivo ...) e não dar para regular a temperatura do ar condicionado. À parte disto, cama confortável, boa televisão e grande parque de estacionamento
