Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point. Thank you, team

햄튼에서의 숙박은 정말 즐거웠습니다. 위치가 정말 최고였어요! 기차역 바로 앞이고 쇼핑몰 안에 있어서 편리했어요. 주변에 먹거리와 쇼핑할 곳이 많았고, 동네도 걸어서 갈 수 있을 만큼 볼거리가 많았어요.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG. The location is unbeatable—right next to Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance of the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing despite the central location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the convenience of being connected to Hoog Catharijne shopping center while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Utrecht and would gladly stay here again.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

We kennen hotel The President zakelijk al langer, sinds de jaren 90 was dit de standaard voor buitenlandse collega’s, voor onszelf boeken we privé als we voor een evenement in Utrecht moeten zijn. De kwaliteit is prima en je kunt met het OV makkelijk per bus naar Utrecht centrum, halte is paar honderd meter lopen. De auto kun je op de parkeerplaats van het hotel laten staan.

객실은 정말 깨끗했습니다. 하지만 베개가 너무 두꺼워서 잘 안 됩니다. TV는 문제가 많습니다. 독일 채널이 네 개나 있는데 자주 화면이 멈춥니다. 리모컨이 HDMI 등으로 전환되지 않아 TV에 아무것도 연결할 수 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 화면에 연결하는 것도 불가능합니다. 넷플릭스를 보며 월풀 욕조에서 멋진 저녁 시간을 보내고 싶다면 태블릿이나 노트북을 가져오는 것이 좋습니다. 화장실은 세면대나 샤워실이 아니라 입구 바로 옆에 있었습니다. 엘리베이터는 호텔 아래층에 공용 레스토랑이 있어서 저녁에는 낯선 사람을 피하기 위해 룸 카드를 사용해야만 사용할 수 있습니다. 기차역 바로 옆이라 위치가 좋습니다. 방에서 가끔 기차 소리가 들립니다. 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

훌륭한 위치 넓은 객실 푸짐한 조식 친절한 직원 아름다운 전망 하지만 객실에서 젖은 개 냄새가 났습니다. 창문이 없어서 환기를 시킬 수도 없었어요. 방에 돌아올 때마다 냄새가 나서 바로 신고했어야 했는데 그러지 못했습니다. 청소 직원도 분명히 냄새를 맡았을 거예요. 반려동물 동반 가능 객실과 불가능한 객실을 표시해 놓으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Trying so hard to be ubercool and in many ways it is. I liked a lot of the art and style. Breakfast was odd though. Random sugary cereals but hot breakfast only has one of - beans, mushrooms, sausages, bacon and rotate it per day. On the other hand vodka and tomato juice available to make a Bloody Mary?!?

카이위안 호텔(Kaiyuan Hotels)에서 투어를 예약했는데, 투어 일정을 원활하게 맞추기 위해 이틀을 여기서 예약했습니다. 도착해서 보니 시내에서 꽤 멀어서 하루를 취소하고 시내에서 하룻밤을 묵은 후 셋째 날 투어에 다시 합류하려고 했습니다. 갑자기 상황을 설명하니, 여자 접수원이 씨트립(Ctrip)에 확인해 보라고 하며 씨트립에서 환불을 수락하면 취소가 가능하다고 했습니다. 씨트립 측은 호텔 측에서 환불을 수락하면 괜찮다고 하며 접수원에게 전화를 받도록 했습니다. 그런데 남자 접수원이 와서 여자 접수원과 몇 마디 이야기를 나누더니 갑자기 태도를 바꿔 취소에 대해서는 아무 말도 하지 않았다고 했습니다. 여자 접수원은 죄책감이 들었던 건지 더 이상의 대화를 피했습니다. 저는 그저 운을 시험해 본 것뿐이었고 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다. 취소는 기분 좋은 놀라움이었고, 취소하지 않는 것도 이해할 만했습니다. 하지만 거짓말은 서비스 업계에서 큰 금기입니다. 씨트립 고객센터에 전화를 걸 때 자신감 넘치는 어조를 보니 마치 제가 거짓말을 하는 것처럼 들렸습니다. 암스테르담에서 시간이 부족하다면 시내 중심가에 있는 호텔을 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 교외 지역은 저렴하지만, 시간과 교통비가 만만치 않습니다.

Bijzonder kundig en sympathiek Frontdesk Team. Uitstekende, ruime kamer, met heerlijk bed voorzien van koffie/thee faciliteiten. Geweldig ontbijt met hardwerkend, vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende gratis WiFi met een eigen AP (incl 4 LAN poorten) in elke kamer. Kamerdeur te openen met de Hilton Honors app op je telefoon. Standaard RFID hotel keycard uiteraard beschikbaar. Zwembad, spa en fitness faciliteiten netjes en schoon. Kortom een excellente hotel ervaring in een mooie rustige, groene omgeving met ruim voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen en EV oplaadpunten. Enige minpunt is/was het ontbreken van een waarschuwing/melding op hotel website dat de doorgaande weg voor 2 weken volledig afgesloten is door vernieuwing van het wegdek. Hotel is bereikbaar via een paar honderd meter fietspad, geregeld door Verkeersregelaars. Keuze voor dit hotel was hoofdzakelijk de afstand tussen werk- en slaaplocatie voor die week. Wat een 2 x 7 minuten autoreis tijd per dag had moeten zijn was door de wegafsluiting, omleidingen en file dagelijks een reistijd van 2 x 45 minuten. Als ik dit van te voren had geweten was dit hotel zeker niet mijn keuze geweest. Hotel heeft huurfietsen beschikbaar maar ook al is ”vergeten” de potentiële gast te informeren over de actuele en zeker ruim van te voren geplande wegafsluiting moet voor een huurfiets toch het standaard bedrag van €20 per dag betaald worden. Naar mijn mening had dit gratis moeten worden aangeboden als een gast de onverwachte enorme reistijd en extra filedruk wil vermijden door 2 x 12 minuten te fietsen maar deze pragmatische oplossing bleek helaas onmogelijk.
