My stay at the Marriott Leicester was genuinely enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the calm atmosphere—it felt like a proper break. The location was also ideal, close to Fosse Park and the motorway, but still peaceful. Overall, the Marriott Leicester felt like a perfect mix of comfort and class.

위치: 기차역에서 도보 12분. 도심, 하이크로스, 소매점, 음식점과 가깝습니다.
호텔: 효율적인 체크인 및 체크아웃 절차. 저렴한 호텔에 비해 객실 크기가 적당합니다. 기본적인 편의 시설이지만 깨끗합니다.
엘리베이터가 고장 났고 층이 건너뛰어서 체크아웃할 때 짐을 맨 아래까지 가지고 가야 했습니다.

아늑하고 깨끗한 방과 우리를 위한 멋진 서비스는 다시 예약하게 합니다 :) 오, 가족 관광객에게 훨씬 쉬운 무료 주차장이 있습니다. 아이들에게 아주 좋습니다.

Hotel was lovely. We stayed here and headed into Alton towers which was just an hour from hotel. Local village pubs in burbage were nice. Hotel was clean. Hotel bar was great and resturant was also very nice.

호텔은 예전에 백화점(Fenwicks)이었던 마을 중심부에 있습니다. 근처에 많은 바, 레스토랑, 쇼핑가, 역사관이 있습니다(저는 레스터에서 자랐습니다). 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었고 3시간 일찍 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 깨끗하고 밝은 작은 옆 건물에 있는 방을 사용했지만 다른 방에서는 꽤 간과되었습니다. 맞은편 방에는 커튼이 있었지만 롤다운 블라인드를 사용했기 때문에 프라이버시와 자연광 중에서 선택해야 했습니다. 이 문제를 해결해 주었으면 좋겠습니다. 호텔은 매우 새롭기 때문에 샤워실에 바디워시와 샴푸를 위한 선반이 있는 등 작은 터치가 아직 없습니다. 헬스장은 스미스 머신, 케이블, 벤치가 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 저는 분명히 다시 여기 머물겠지만 그들이 훌륭한 숙박을 정말 믿을 수 없을 정도로 만들기 위해 작은 조정을 해주기를 바랍니다!

A gem of a hotel, tucked away on the University Campus. Lovely furnishings, excellent food at reasonable prices, beautiful bar and restaurant. We’ll be using this one again.

Restaurant was not open in the day or evenings and breakfast was disappointing. However, the rooms are great, WI FI really good and it was easy to park and get to the rooms. Will use again but it would be nice to have the restaurant as an option.

JJudith carolineI was quite disappointed if I'm honest. The Hilton Group used to be quite prestigious hotels but they are not now, or this one wasn't, at all. I thought the rooms were tired and needed updating and modernising. Even the corridors and carpet needed updating. We had no hand-wash in the basin dispenser, the door was too wide for the small mere size of the bathroom and it needed updating, very badly. No mirror in the bedroom so impossible to see what my hair looked like when I dried it. No complimentary biscuits and no fridge. When I visited the steam room in the eve there were 2 children aged 6 and 8 in there, not what I expected who then went in the hot tub. Both are not for children. The swimming pool was noisy. When in hot tub, a member of the LW Health Club who told me his membership price, told me that the hotel has many immigrants staying there who are allowed to use the pool and facilities, omg, I was horrified. He said recently it is always noisy and rammed full,not good. I had thought it would have been alot better, very disappointed 😞.

리리뷰어To customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.
