Good facilities such as pools and sauna as always, but rare choices of breakfast buffet, stay 4 nights but had to request reception on the first day to third day for tidying up the room

I chose the hotel given it was next to the University that I wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, spacious and friendly staff. A special mention to Carolyn who was particularly helpful and gave me useful information about the town which I last visited 26 years ago!

Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.

We checked in slightly early, reception staff were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
We had Lodge 248, the location was perfect , right beside the water and close enough to the Watersport centre .
The lodge was immaculate , the beds were huge and comfortable , the showers were super powerful, the terrace was good to sit outside and watch all the action on the Lake.
We only stayed for one night as we were travelling home , however we will definitely return again for a few nights to relax and chill out.
We were a family of 5, non complaints at all.

It was great experience stay at hilton. Great customer service nice and clean rooms nd grat locatin. Breakfast was really good. Definitely visit again.

PP40ULW호텔과 입구는 훌륭하고 불만은 없습니다. 나는 시설이 깨끗하고 객실이 항상 세심하게 깨끗한 5마일 이내의 다른 호텔에서 단골이었습니다. 그래서 기대가 컸습니다.
내 방(250)에 들어서자 얼어붙었다. 나는 즉시 전기 라디에이터를 켜고 새벽 2시에 온도 조절기가 반복적으로 켜지고 꺼지는 것에 잠에서 깼다. 디지털 화면이 계속 켜지고 꺼져 내 방에 열광이있는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 매우 성가시고 숙면에 도움이되지 않습니다.
침대에 가기 전에 나는 샤워를 하러 갔고 당신처럼 거품이 나는 젖을 튀었습니다. 끝내고 나서 샤워 부스 내부를 씻고 문 손잡이 근처에 남은 비누 젖을 발견했습니다. 제가 닦으러 갔더니 이제는 비누가 아니라고 말씀드리죠.
절대적으로 역겹다. 이전 거주자는 분명히 기본적인 위생이 부족했으며 예상해서는 안 되지만 청소부는 세부 사항에 대해 더 예리한 눈을 가져야 합니다. 이런 종류의 것을 절대 놓쳐서는 안 됩니다.

넓은 객실과 훌륭한 시설
편안하고 깨끗한 침대와 베개, 수건(1인용 큰 사이즈와 작은 사이즈)
주전자, 차/커피, 간식(비스킷)이 있습니다.
옷장 안에 헤어드라이어와 다리미판이 있습니다.
원형 테이블과 소파 의자, 조리대와 의자가 있습니다.
작은 헬스장, 수영장, 자쿠지가 있습니다.
조식과 석식을 포함(레스토랑 있음)할 수 있으며, 룸서비스로 객실로 주문할 수 있습니다.
저는 B&B만 이용했는데, 조식이 훌륭하고 양이 많았습니다. 글루텐 프리 옵션도 있었습니다!
장점
호텔 엘리베이터가 고장 나서 3층에 있었는데, 직원에게 1층(마지막 방이라고 하셨는데 다른 선택지가 없었습니다) 트윈룸으로 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 엘리베이터가 고장 났을 때를 대비해 1층이나 아래층으로 바꿔달라고 요청서를 작성하는 것이 좋습니다.
주전자에 체가 없습니다(제가 사용하기 전에 깨졌을 수도 있습니다.)
소파 의자에 제가 사용하기 전에 얼룩이 있습니다.
전반적으로 서비스가 매우 좋았고 객실도 넓고 시설도 좋았습니다.

리리뷰어We arrived at 12pm and were able to go straight to our home. Hotel is beautiful and clean. We had dinner in the hotel which was very tasty and breakfast had a great selection of hot food and we got to make our own waffles 🤤

리리뷰어We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff.
When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard.
Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub.
Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

리리뷰어The staff in the hotel are the best I’ve ever come across . I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in the uk and the staff aren’t very better than any other I’ve been in . Please open one in Sheffield then we can ditch leonardos. Nice touch with the duck and pack of biscuits

리리뷰어Absolutely fabulous weekend break set in beautiful surroundings, peaceful and we loved the wildlife. The staff were friendly and very informative and available for anything we needed. The food was lovely and everything very reasonably priced. We will definitely be booking another stay.
