To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

Almost nothing I could complain on. The hotel kept the traditional design which I really wanted to experience in such a nice city at Llandudno. Welsh Breakfast, welsh accent reception, English is not my first language and all come to the feeling of travelling. Waking up with great sun and breeze, also seagulls partying. I did actually read about the history of this family business with a booklet they provided. All rooms come with a name and they honor each staff with their names and picture on it. Great Experience!
