In St. Gallen, the hotel is very well located, just a few minutes away from the main station. From my perspective, the service was good. The hotel incorporates some modern technology, including a service bot that delivers drinks directly to your room upon request. There is a Japanese restaurant within the hotel. While I find it slightly overpriced, this is, of course, a matter of perspective. For example, if you buy a drink and do not finish it, there is no way to keep it cool, which leads to unnecessary waste. Having a fridge would also allow guests to grab a cold drink whenever they need one. I also noticed that the room was somewhat noisy due to the construction work around the hotel. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for a short business trip to St. Gallen.

We stayed in the Moxy Rapperswil hotel, since it was close enough by the train station to walk with our luggage (10min walk), and I knew the chain already as a quality hotel. It didn’t disappoint! It was clean and modern as always, and we had a really quiet room at the corner of the building. Only minor bit of criticism was the air ventilation system in the bathroom that seemingly was impossible to turn off. We really enjoyed our stay at Moxy🙂.

Ottimo hotel per brevi soggiorni di lavoro... per periodi prolungati potrebbe risultare un po troppo costoso. Consolidato stile moderno Svizzero, con check-in automatizzato e parcheggio vicino alla struttura.

호텔 스타일은 현대적이며 외관은 눈에 띄지 않으며 호텔은 매우 깨끗하며 욕실은 매우 훌륭하며 방의 장식은 매우 일반적이며 약간 추악하며 특히 커튼이 있습니다. 그러나 중요한 것은 에어컨이 있어야 한다는 것입니다. 6월 말에 스위스를 여행하는 사람들에게 에어컨은 정말 중요합니다. 스위스의 대부분의 호텔에는 에어컨이 없습니다. (35도는 저녁 9시까지 지속되며 실내는 일반적으로 실외보다 더 덥습니다.) 아침 식사는 상당히 만족스럽고 수용 가능합니다. 그러나 웨이터가 서빙한다는 느낌은 전혀 없습니다.

Overall facilities very good. Staff also polite. But experience with catering is below expectation. I had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and choices were limited and expensive. I had a fish but found out half cooked during serving. They just took the remaining portion into the kitchen and re-cook it instead of replacing a new one. Breakfast on last day was also annoying. Our orders of egg was delayed/forgotten ! After chasing, my wife's hard boil egg order became soft egg. And my fried egg order never came and I just gave up. I guess visitors of the property typically has a car and I strongly recommend people to have meals outside.

Positive: very nice stay, feel more comfortable in main location. Very close to railway station. To be improved: checkin process, really before visiting you need to enter the details in their webpage to get the passcode for door or entry for that you need Booking confirmation number starting with B. Unfortunately me and also other guest over there have not received, but their customercare was so good they immediately helped by sharing the code and complete the process. So over all except checkin process, all other was so good and we enjoyed. Those who book this apartment plz call to customer care and get your booking id and keep the passcode ready before your travel. Over all loved the stay!
