The hotel has a convenient location in the center of Cape Town. The rooms are comfortable enough for one or a young couple. If you plan to walk around the center - it's quite easy. I got to the Waterfront by walking in 20 minutes along busy streets and did not feel any danger anywhere. Small shops and supermarkets around the hotel allow you to cover all your everyday needs. The breakfast is quite meager, but literally around the corner on the next street you can find good cafes where you can have a great breakfast for a reasonable price and a supermarket where you can buy ready-made food. Immediately to the right of the exit from the hotel is the entrance to a beautiful park, from where wonderful views of the mountains open. The staff is responsive and helps to solve all problems. The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioning systems coming from the yard at night.

Upgraded to a Loft suite. Excellent (once the air conditioner unit was explained). Staff great. Housekeeping a bit too eager. On site restaurant Liberty's seems slow and disorganized, even for South Africa and especially for a Hilton's. Free shuttle to V&A Waterfront every two hours. Walking distance to the Old Biscuit Mill (a Saturday morning must-do). Regular and reliable taxi service around Cape Town at reasonable rates, for drop off and pickup. Airport shuttle. Neighborhood was very safe Don't pre-book tours before you get here; Yasir and his team will take good care of you.

We stayed nearly 6 weeks in rm 428 a loft at the back overlooking the President Hotel. Location: At the base of Regent Rd, restaurants, shops, main bus route plus hop on hop off bus stop in front of hotel. Sea down the road. Grocers. Checkers, Spar, Woolworths. Size: Sitting room, bedroom, two bathrooms. Bathroom Good shower, hot water, pressure Noise: Quiet. Cleanliness. Brilliant. Facilities: AC, good kitchen equipment, fridge, no washing machine. Swimming pool. Tiny, but large pool not far. Laundry. Just across the road 130 rand for 5kg Storage. More than ample. TV. Bit eccentric, but Netflix access included. Broadband. Width OK for email, but not consistent streaming. Breakfast: Competent, fruit, cooked, Snack menu. Limited, but competent (stops midday) Bar. Good options, superb barman Staff. Friendly. Load shedding. Back up generator. Information pack in room would be useful. Would we stay again? YES.

매우 멋지고 현대적이고 고급스러운 장식, 적극적이고 친절한 직원. 객실은 매우 아늑하며 커플이나 개인/비즈니스 여행객에게 권장됩니다. 바와 레스토랑에서는 맛있고 고급스러운 음식을 제공합니다. 위치는 매우 중앙에 있고 모든 것에 가깝지만 도보 거리에 물건이 많지 않기 때문에 차량으로 접근하는 것이 좋습니다. 멋진 밤문화를 즐길 수 있으며 매우 힙합적인 클럽 호퍼와 사교계에서 인기가 높습니다.

A bit disappointed that there was no daily complimentary water especially for a hotel of this rating and price. When we asked about it, we were told we could buy water at the bar. Baggage storage was good. Check in is too late (after 3:00pm), and check out is before 10:00am (not even close to a 20 hour stay). Not worth the price we paid for these hours. Most global hotels have check out at 12.00pm and you could request a late check out. Our flight was at 8:00pm. Beds too narrow and also the gap between beds and wall / big screen TV is too narrow

This hostel meets the best European standards for hostels. It's very clean here. This applies to toilets, rooms and linen. The cabins are comfortable. Very warm (this is very important in South Africa!). Light, charging, storage of things. Excellent Wi-Fi. Nice navigation. The rooms are named by city. The idea is not original, but a win-win. The price includes breakfast. very good. Speaking of price, it's very reasonable. The staff (both Thomas and the other young man) are very friendly. They will help with advice if you contact them. In general, the atmosphere here is warm. Both literally and figuratively.

Excellent and friendly service. Very spacious and comfy rooms with good amenities. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Good location in the downtown just 2 mins away from the colour Bo-Kaap area. Earplugs needed while sleeping because of noise in the streets, voices from other rooms and music played in the loudspeakers in the hallway. However, overall highly recommended and great value for money.

Great location, cleaning and service. But if I can give you a suggestion you can't ask a client to pay a slice of bread during a lunch in your restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay here. We arrived early and exhausted after 24 hours of travel and the manager Emma was so kind to us, finding us a room available to check in early and went above and beyond to fix an error on the booking (that I had made). We were given a high floor room so there really was no noise from the city. Great breakfasts, great pizza in the restaurant. Free transport to V&A waterfront which we used once. Short walking distance to the conference centre, or a $3 uber. I'd stay here again!

이 호텔은 케이프 타운에 있는 몇 안 되는 국제 호텔 체인 중 최고라고 생각합니다. 내가 발코니 문을 열기로 선택한 방은 광대한 대서양입니다. 막힘이 없고 조망이 아주 좋습니다. 해가 질 때 발코니에 앉아 과거의 먼 배들의 빽빽한 인파를 상상하는 것도 아름다운 경험입니다. 호텔의 하드웨어 시설은 Radisson의 일반 수준에 속합니다. 많은 컨시어지가 중국어로 한두 문장을 하고, 그 중 일부는 꽤 많을 것입니다. 호텔의 시설은 상당히 완벽하고 작은 실내 수영장이 있으며 수온은 매우 적당하며 큰 체육관은 없습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 남아공 특선 요리와 함께 주문할 수 있으며 여전히 매우 좋습니다. 또한 호텔은 빅토리아 항구 레저 지역과 가깝고 주차 시간이 10분으로 매우 편리합니다. 레저 지역에는 많은 엔터테인먼트, 쇼핑 및 식사가 있으며 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 또한 호텔은 Green Point Stadium과 매우 가깝고 Signal Mountain Table Mountain까지 이동하기 매우 편리합니다.

Overall the stay was great, but finding mould in the in the vent in the toilet was an uncomfortable surprise. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were extremely friendly; however one staff member would sing and speak really loudly to no one in particular while tending the bar.

Was not a great start when we arrived at the gate with my European friend in a luxury car and the security asked me if I'm the Uber driver. Shocking And very uncomfortable does not mean because I’m a person of colour driving a luxury car that I’m a uber driving shocking please inform your staff accordingly. We had snacks and a drink in the leopard bar before going down the the restaurant for lunch drinks was good but I think a margarita should be served in a margarita glass not a whiskey glass it’s a 5 star hotel. The snacks and service was excellent. After we had lunch the service here was also excellent the manager very kind came to check up on us and our waitress Sisonke was just exceptional. Food was good nothing special fillet was overcooked. Lamb was really good. Deconstructed crème brûlée texture was a bit off and not smooth the creamy as it’s supposed to be over all we had a great time because of the amazing service In the restaurant. What a glorious place! This was my second stay! Set in vineyards with beautiful gardens and mountain views, Steenberg Hotel is a delight! My room was large with it's own private outside area, a huge bed, lounge area and stunning bathroom (with bath and shower).It felt luxurious and comfortable. The pool is small and heated which was perfect for early December. I also took the opportunity to use one of the mountain bikes to explore the estate. There is a good selection for breakfast which one can have in the room, or in the restaurant Trynn. My only niggle was that the in room dining menu was small and quite disappointing especially if one doesn't eat meat. The spa is super and there is a wide range of treatments. I will be back!

첫째, 나쁜 점. 남아프리카 공화국에서 처음이라 걱정이 되어서 메리어트에 직접 연락해서 공항까지 데리러 오라고 했습니다. 낯선 땅에서 혼자 택시를 타고 호텔까지 가야 했다. 물론 주장을 하긴 했지만 그 이유는 신선했다. 죄송하지만 체크아웃 당일 공항까지 무료로 보내드릴 수 있습니다. 여기부터는 좋은 포인트인데 케이프타운 주변에 메리어트 크리스탈타워 주변 보안이 아주 잘 되어있다고 느꼈습니다. 호텔 뒤 다리에서 커낼 워크라는 쇼핑 센터로 바로 갈 수 있습니다. 비교적 안심하고 보낼 수 있었으므로 보안을 중시한다면 추천합니다. 수영장은 작지만 테이블 마운틴이 보입니다. 그러나 수영장 물은 너무 차가웠습니다. 아침 식사의 종류도 다양하고 커피를 마음껏 마실 수 있고 집에 가져갈 수도 있습니다. 덧붙여서 일본인은 전혀 의사 소통을하지 않았습니다.

Marly에서 3박을 숙박하는 것은 비용이 많이 듭니다. 주로 레스토랑과 바로 둘러싸인 캠프 해변의 중심부에 있기 때문입니다. 길을 건너면 해변이다. 이른바 마운틴사이드 스위트룸은 거의 동일합니다. 산, 그 지역의 많은 호텔에서 기본적으로 달성할 수 있습니다. 굿헬스 냉장고에는 와인외에도 다양한 무료음료와 캡슐커피가 있고 1층에 환전을 위한 특별매장도 있고 여권이 필요하고 호텔에서 왼쪽으로 30미터정도 가면 엄청 큽니다 슈퍼마켓이지만 와인은 판매하지 않습니다. 근처에 태국 레스토랑도 있습니다. 맛은 정말 평범합니다. 오른쪽으로 약 150m 가면 2층 시내버스가 있습니다. 약 70위안이면 레드 라인과 블루 라인의 다른 라인으로 교환할 수 있습니다. 밤에 외출하는 것은 여전히 매우 편리하고 안전합니다.

Amazing hotel from the moment you arrive. Staff are extremely attentive and hotel well equipped, beautifully decorated/appointed and extremely clean. Breakfast great selection of fresh well prepared food and drink. Hotel well placed for a short safe walk to V&A are surrounding De Waterkant area with lovely local shops, bars and restaurants.

From the booking which we had to change but it was an effortless exercise, they could not have been more helpful to the warmest welcome in arrival. We had the most beautiful room with the best view in the world. They could not have been more welcoming. It's probably our top destination. We were made to feel at home in the bar and had drinks enjoying the best view. Our dinner reservations were made by Francois. Breakfast the following morning was a feast. This is a highly recommended heavenly stop. Thank you to all.

Our stay at The Plettenberg Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. Nestled along the coast of Plettenberg Bay, this stunning hotel exceeded our expectations, offering an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We had a wonderful check-in process, getting a tour of the facilities after a refreshing towel and rooibos tea drink. Our room was impeccably decorated, like the rest of the property. The pools were great, the views were stunning, the food was delicious, and the drinks were perfect. However, the exceptional level of service truly sets The Plettenberg apart. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect, attending to our every need with warmth and professionalism. Their genuine hospitality made us sad to leave. We can't recommend this property enough. It is worth every penny!

Views: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at The Mount Knysna, which is a small, boutique hotel close to the viewpoint of the two heads. Staff are attentive and the hotel is homely. We were slightly early for check in which was accommodated without mention, and check out was smooth and efficient. Definitely do catch dinner at Second Story, and dig into the hotel’s very good South African wine cellar. We caught a movie at the in house movie theatre, with freshly popped popcorn, drinks and snacks. Breakfast every morning was such a treat too. The pool is heated with a spectacular view of the lagoon. Uber works well in Knysna but we hired a car, and the hotel has free parking. A quaint hotel with personal touches brought by the lovely staff!

Our suite was spacious, bright and with a stunning view across the lagoon from our balcony. Nothing seemed too much trouble and lots of extras including a free happy hour made us feel really well looked after. It's situated in a quiet residential area lovely for an early morning walk before a fabulous breakfast served on our balcony. Only drawback was the return back up the hill after our evening meals in Knysna, but of course we could have got a taxi!

We had a great two night stay at this excellent guest house. The staff were lovely. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and was taken outside whilst watching the exotic birds in the beautiful oasis of a garden. It was a short and safe walk into the main village centre where there were independent and traditional shops, a terrific beach and great restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Cinnamon.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we couldn’t fault it. Fantastic location. Sitting outside on the terrace eating breakfast and watching the dolphins pass by in the bay - was unforgettable. Our sea view room was gorgeous. But the staff ! They could not do enough for you and our waiter Simi made our stay ALL the more enjoyable. Thankyou and we already planning our return visit next year 🩷

케이프 타운 외곽의 와이너리 투어의 일환으로 이곳을 방문했습니다. 하루 종일 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수있는 멋진 장소 : 조경 된 땅은 매우 고요하고 아름답고 우아하며 떠나고 싶지 않습니다. 와인 시음 경험은 매우 친절한 직원들과 함께 매우 좋았습니다. 그러나 시음 실이 매우 작기 때문에 15-20 분 정도 기다릴 수 있습니다. 그러나 전망이 좋은 실내 및 실외 좌석이있는 매우 멋진 레스토랑이 있기 때문에 문제가되지 않습니다. (음식도 괜찮습니다).

신선한 천으로 도착 순간부터 몸을 식힐 수 있는 훌륭한 리셉션. 일찍 도착하여 완벽하게 손질된 정원 뒤의 Drachenstein 산의 조감도 전망으로 안내되었습니다. 서비스는 최고 수준이었고 저녁 식사는 비교할 수 없었습니다. 수영장 경험은 태양열 온수 수영장과 편리한 전화 수업으로 요청 시 음식이나 음료의 테이블 서비스로 똑같이 즐거웠습니다! 우리 거주지 - 그것이 바로 난방 욕실 / 낮은 바닥, 열대 샤워 시설로 감각적이라고 밖에 설명 할 수 없습니다. 우리 초가집의 좌석 공간은 갓 구운 쿠키와 상쾌한 현지 소비뇽 블랑 한 병으로 매우 가정적이었습니다. 그곳에서 끝나지 않습니다 ... 호텔은 포도원에 위치하고 있지만 주변 정원에 대한 관심은 자체 허브 정원이 있는 눈을 즐겁게 했습니다. 마침내 스파에서의 치료는 그 자체로 경험이었습니다. 필요한 경우 직원이 재량 가용성에 대해 충분히 칭찬할 수 없습니다. 누구나 인생에서 적어도 한 번은 이것을 경험해야 합니다. 경이롭습니다. 우리에게 감각적인 경험을 해주신 Grande Roche에게 감사드립니다. 언젠가 다시 올 수 있기를 바랍니다. 결혼식을 위해 좋은 날입니다.
