Near Airport. Goto Bus Terminal to board the free shuttle from airport to hotel. Was served welcome drinks and luggage storage upon arrival. The hotel rooms are refreshed, newly painted. Comfortable beddings.
We took the paid shuttle to and fro to the nearby mall while waiting to check in. Timing was great.

내가 체크인한 날, 내가 샤워실에서 알몸으로 있는데 누군가 문을 열었다. 정말 무서웠는데 뛰어올라 미끄러져 발가락을 다쳤다.
그들은 짐을 옮길 때 도와주지 않는다. 무거운 짐을 가지고 있다면 위층에 머물고 있다면 계단을 오르내려야 한다. 또한 리셉션에 가려면 높은 계단이 있다.
나는 내 숙박을 즐기지 못했다.

호텔에 들어서는 순간부터 서비스는 탁월했습니다. 차에서 내 가방을 가져가고 체크인을 위해 리셉션 구역까지 동행해 준 Potter의 환영을 받았습니다. 컨시어지는 내 방까지 놀라웠습니다. 환경은 고요하고 매우 깨끗합니다. 가격도 저렴해서 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

1. Great location and friendly staff.

a. std room, no fridge or tea/coffee making.
b. room clean, quiet and serviced when req.
c. no room to keep suitcase open and limited hanging space.
d. mainly local TV programing except for ”BBC” channel which showed French TV, CNN appeared sometime late on day 2.
e. power load shedding meant TV had to be regularly reset by hotel maintenance.
f. breakfast choices reasonable (some supply issues)
g. went for dinner one night and around 80% of menu unavailable (supply issues again).
h. for reasons still unbeknown to me, prices were NOT displayed on the cafe menus.
Thirdly, if I was ever to return to JNB, I still may stay at Onomo, albeit in an upgraded room. Plenty of good eating nearby, particularly in the adjacent Nelson Mandela Square complex.

호텔 시설은 비교적 낡았지만 서비스는 여전히 힐튼 수준입니다. 일반적으로 팁은 하루에 3-5달러입니다. 객실 청소 직원이 여러 번 오는 것 같습니다. 청소가 끝났다고 생각하는 경우가 많습니다. 갑자기 수건 등을 가져오러 옵니다.

It was great to stay!
Very comfortable, clean and spacious than I expected. Especially, the breakfast was amazing. Had many options to take than I thought. Hot and cold foods and different kinds of cheese, breads, jams and even smoked salmon sashimi!
Also, they have upgraded my room into king bed room. The room was clean and big enough. Amenities were soap, body lotion and 3 in 1 bodywash(+shampoo and conditioner).
If you want to stay quiet room, I would recommend the 1st floor.
The parking in the basement made me feel more safe.
Definitely I'll recommend to others and will come back!

KKaty RogA great hotel for one night, 5-10 minutes from the airport.
+ The main advantages are the free shuttles to and from the airport every hour.
+The inclusion of breakfast.
+ The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of seating in the courtyard.
+ There's also a restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner.
+ The room is basic, with tea and coffee available.
Cons:
– We didn't get our breakfast, even though we arrived at the appointed time. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast to be brought out for guests in other rooms who were traveling to the airport later than us. Ultimately, we were given packed lunches.
– We had a family room. Tthere's no door between the rooms, and the bathroom door is a folding door, which lets in all the noise and makes a lot of noise.
– The bed was sagging on one side.
– While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a couple of minutes, but then it came back on.

리리뷰어Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside.
After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay.
The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message.
From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable.
Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

리리뷰어I stayed here for 2 weeks, and I enjoyed myself immensely! I mostly keep to myself and don’t go out, as I was just here to relax and unwind. However I felt very safe and comfortable with my stay. The room is clean and smells amazing! There was a cute glass balcony which was pleasant as I could step out a bit and enjoy the great weather. The bathroom was stocked, I had a good selection of teas and coffees. I was very satisfied and impressed with my room selection. Although I think next time I will choose the apartment hotel since I always bought my own food 😄. They have a free shuttle to and from Nelson Mandela Square every hour which I utilized. They have a pool which I could see from my balcony and a gym that was opposite my room, however I did not utilize either of those facilities. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place
