모든 것이 환상적이었습니다. 비행기 일정이 변경되었기 때문에 늦은 체크아웃을 넘어서 조금 더 머물 수 있게 해 주기도 했습니다. 유일한 것은 그들이 아침 식사로 아마도 삶은 달걀과 같은 어떤 형태의 단백질을 먹었으면 하는 것뿐입니다. 아침 식사는 모두 탄수화물이었습니다.

The service was great. A little disappointed with the breakfast. There was a little smell of mildew in the room. Turned off the heater and it was better. Beds were very comfortable. Wanted to take it home with me.

방은 넓고, 아침 식사도 괜찮았고, 훈제 연어도 있었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 지하철역에서 조금 멀지만, 호텔에서 셔틀버스를 운행합니다. 호텔 시설은 조금 오래되었지만, 창밖 풍경은 훌륭했습니다. 미국에 있어서 시차 적응이 좀 힘들었는데, 일출을 봤습니다. 전반적으로 워싱턴 D.C.에서 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다.

아들의 졸업식에 참석하면 호텔 가격이 높습니다. 1박에 1500위안, 2박 묵었습니다. 외부 환경은 나쁘지 않고 방은 보통이며 밤에는 기본적으로 서비스가 없습니다. Wi-Fi는 사용하기가 쉽지 않고 Tencent 회의가 열리며 효과가 매우 나쁩니다. 아침 식사에는 찐 계란, 베이컨, 빵, 주스가 포함되어 있으며 매우 간단합니다.

Wonderful stylish hotel with a great location- close to the free bus service whixh can get you to the metro to go to DC. The area itself is very nice with a great vibe and good food option. The restaraunt within the hotel is great too, the Kiln- excellent for breakfast or dinner.
The staff are very helpful and are quick to resolve any issues. I stayed for 5 nights and hsd an exceptional exeprience all in all- I felaly do rate this place as full marks.

우리는 George Mason University 콘서트를 위해 이곳을 예약했습니다. 행사 장소에 매우 가깝고 쉽게 접근할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋습니다. 다양한 선택: 계란, 베이컨, 소시지, 감자, 오트밀, 다양한 건조 시리얼, 신선한 과일, 페이스트리, 베이글, 토스트, 와플, 커피, 차, 주스, 우유 및 다양한 양념. 근처에 식사할 곳을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 침대는 편안했고 방은 깨끗했습니다.

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

리리뷰어Checked in really late (around midnite but they held my room. I called ahead to let them know I'd be flying in late. Conveniently located on one of the major arteries, which incidentally conveniently ends at the US Coast Guard Training Center. I attended my son's training graduation but his checkout went long - probably because their NCO missed them and didn't want them to leave....so I ended up checking out of the hotel much later than the standard checkout time (11am - I checked out just after 1pm) - but because it was USCG related - they waived the late fee - which was greatly appreciated.
The entrance was easy to park (it was raining) and checkin was really simple once we confirmed my reservation. The breakfast nook was directly opposite the checkin counter which made things easier for later that morning (included breakfast). The elevator hallway had a machine which dispensed junk food and sodas - but you need physical cash to use them. Elevator made for deja vu as it's a standard Radisson layout. The room was clean - no weird smells and quite large and spacious with a receiving room (sofa and tv) hot water pot for coffee tea etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels but the body wash was weirdly located next to the bathroom sink instead of the shower - that was strange. Hand soap was nice and sizable (useful as a body wash, given the fixed location of the body wash next to the sink). The bed was huge (king?) with plenty of pillows and bedding (sheets blankets etc). The room was quite warm which was nice since it was cold and wintery and wet outside. Staff were all very very nice and welcoming and polite.
All in all - most excellent experience from checkin to checkout. But it's the staff which make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

리리뷰어사진과 직접 보면 기능이 수준 이하이지만 현대적인 신선한 객실 스타일이 매력적입니다. 예: 한 개의 야간 테이블은 단단한 조각이었고 상단 지름이 내 노트북보다 훨씬 작은 서랍이나 선반이 없었습니다. 일반적으로 전화기(알람으로 사용), 물 한 병, iPad, 전자 독서기 또는 책/잡지가 탁자 위에 있습니다. 으악, 모든 것을 위한 공간이 없고 매끄러운 표면은 iPad를 그 위에 두고 오기가 긴장했습니다. 개방형 옷장은 특히 서랍에 옷을 걸거나 넣지 않기 때문에 괜찮지 만 욕실에없는 유일한 공간은 옷을 걸 수있는 바로 아래와 냉장고 바로 위에 있습니다. 이것은 부드러운 측면 쿨러를 위한 완벽한 장소가 될 수 있지만 이 비교적 작은 공간(측정하지 않았습니다. 이미 Keurig 스타일의 커피 메이커가 있는 14”x20”일 수 있음)은 간식, 여분의 소다, 시리얼은 매일 같은 것을 먹고 싶어하고 바로 아래 냉장고에서 우유를 움켜쥐면서 시리얼 그릇을 설정할 곳이 필요하기 때문에 가져옵니다. 당신에 대해 확실하지 않지만 욕실에 음식과 요리를 넣는 것은 매우 편안하지 않습니다. 불행히도, 내 커피 메이커가 접근할 수 없는 콘센트에 가야 하는 곳(내가 올바르게 기억한다면) 그래서 Mr. Nespresso는 화장실에 가야 했습니다.
욕실 샤워는 코크 지역 주변에 곰팡이가 있었고 그렇지 않으면 서비스할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 끔찍한 방은 아니지만 비슷한 가격의 다른 근처 체인만큼 좋지는 않으므로 그것에 고수하겠습니다.
