Issue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation. After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that: The room type was clearly for two people, Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted), And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing. It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay. Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies.

The hotel is easy to find, and there’s staff available to help with parking. The service is excellent — friendly, helpful, and always ready to recommend local places. There’s a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which seems quite common here. The room heating works well, and the bathroom is well-separated. The elevator inside the hotel is cute but small — it fits about two people at a time. Overall, it’s a hotel I would recommend, as long as you’re not traveling with young children or sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

จองห้องพัก Deluxe เข้าพัก 3 ท่าน request ขอห้องพักไม่สูบบุหรี่ แต่ได้ห้องพักมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ ห้องพักแอร์ไม่เย็นเลย ต้องเปิดหน้าต่างนอนแทน สามารถเดินไปห้าง ESPark ที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ หรือขึ้นรถรางไปเที่ยวที่อื่นได้ / ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟ Eskisehir ประมาณ 10 นาที (600 เมตร) การลากกระเป๋าจากสถานีรถไฟไปโรงแรมก็อาจลำบากหน่อย เพราะพื้นถนนขรุขระ ไม่เรียบเท่าไหร่ และอาจเจอฝุ่นบนถนน ห้องพักรวมอาหารเช้า รสชาตอาหารพอใช้ได้ ตอนเข้าพักพบปัญหาอ่างล้างหน้าอุดตัน น้ำไม่ระบาย บางทีก็มีเศษชาลอยขึ้นมา

호텔에는 주차장이 없어 근처에 주차해야 합니다. 호텔의 수도 공급이 오후 내내 중단되었고, 아침 식사가 너무 기본적이었습니다. 구시가지에서 조금 떨어져있습니다.

Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

Both of us have a wonderful stay here. The room very cozy in modern style the bed uhhh so comfy make u feel lazy to get off😻 we tried the buffet breakfast and it was amazing.the. Location of the hotel only 8 minute walk from train station and its walkable around the town area. I really love our time here. And the hotel smells really nice like 5 star hotel .

Location is amazing. A lot of outlets around it. Private parking. Big supermarket next to it. More than 20 food outlets around it. Staff were very helpful and rooms clean and comfy.

Normalde sigara içilmeyen delux king oda da rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen sigara içilebilir ve sigara kokan bir oda verildi. Kabul etmedik. Başka oda kalmadığı için standart oda da kalmak zorunda kaldık. Odalar Hilton kalitesinin altında idi.
