'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than 5 stars! The hotel was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent. It’s great value for money, and I really loved my stay. Definitely coming back again!'

'Absolutely fabulous! They really have made such a difference in this hotel and just what was needed. Staff so nice and welcoming! Dinner in the dining room was fabulous 🥰🥰 our hotel room was huge room & next to the spa.. quite a wee walk away from main dining room but I was ok with that.'

'Friendly staff and close to the airport. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. I was impressed at how quiet it was in spite of being the closest to the public areas. Definitely the best of Glasgow’s airport hotels.'

'I stayed here for one night on a Saturday as a solo traveller, and it was a truly pleasant experience. I wasn’t flying but chose this hotel for its convenient location close to family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment I arrived at the Paisley based hotel, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their friendly manner and thoughtful approach created such a positive first impression and really set the tone for my stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a restful night. I felt completely safe and well looked after, which made the stay even more relaxing. A heartfelt thank‑you to Hannah, Bubbles who were both wonderful—kind, personable, attentive(plus generous - looking forward to enjoying my Scottish fudge), and the rest of the Courtyard team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming base near Glasgow.'

'First time staying here, would definitely go back. The food was nice, hotel room was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Parking on site. Hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. Location walking distance into Johnstone and train station. Would stay again'

'Hi, the location was great, with nice views of the hills and sunset as is the spa option and its proximity to the airport.  Lovely to have a sauna after a flight.  The outward journey the staff were very friendly and kind and went out of their way to help. However the request for a room near the lift was not honoured and it was up and down to get to the room - a bit of a maze.  On the return journey the staff didn't even look up as I left my key - no friendliness at all - that seemed a missed opportunity.    No one asked if we wanted to book breakfast and I found it hard to find information online or in the room about the cost of paying for breakfast.  The rooms themselves were in need of refurbishment.  Paint missing, a tile taped up with gaffer tape and very hot even with the heating off.    Hope this feedback helps'
