조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 이스턴 비사야 호텔

체크아웃을 서두르느라 실수로 짐에 열쇠를 두고 나왔는데, 체크아웃하고 한 시간 뒤에 열쇠를 맡겼다는 이메일을 받았고, 프런트 데스크에서 열쇠를 찾을 수 있다는 내용이었습니다. Rosvenil의 정직하고 열심히 일하는 직원들에게 감사드립니다.

위치도 좋고 공항과도 가까워요. 저희는 넓고 깨끗한 이그제큐티브 스위트룸에 묵었어요. 하지만 가격 대비 시설이 너무 단순해서 커피 같은 편의시설이 없었어요. 간이 주방은 있지만 식기류와 컵은 없었어요. 아침에 수영장을 9시 이후에야 열었는데, 일찍 수영하고 싶었는데 너무 실망스러웠어요. 물놀이 시설도 괜찮고 슬라이드도 좋았지만, 가격 대비 가성비를 생각하면 이그제큐티브 스위트룸은 추천할 수 없어요. 조식도 포함되어 있지 않았어요. 서비스는 좋았고 체크인 과정도 완벽했어요.

We enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses .. Thanks .. Thomas Ward

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

타클로반 시내 중심에 위치하여 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 인근 레스토랑, 상점 및 일부 관광 명소에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 호텔 전체가 깨끗합니다. 타클로반에서 가장 오래된 호텔 중 하나이지만 일부 개조 공사를 거쳤습니다. 하지만 엘리베이터는 없습니다. Bfast는 뷔페 스타일이지만 옵션이 거의 없습니다. 주말 아침 식사가 다른지 확실하지 않습니다. 체크아웃하는 데 문제가 있었지만 단지 잘못된 의사소통으로 인한 것 같습니다.

로빈슨몰 바로 건너편에 있어 머물기 편리한 숙소입니다. 교회까지는 도보로 10~15분 거리입니다. 시내로 향하는 버스와 지프니 터미널이 호텔 옆에 있습니다.

Love the place. Clean, with working TV & aircon, with hot and cold water , water heater and pool. Near the downtown area and beside Jollibee and church 🙂❤️ They have good choices for breakfast and lunch meals.

현대적이고 조용한 객실은 개별 냉난방 시스템과 티 하나 없는 욕실을 갖추고 있으며, 서비스도 친절했습니다. 6층 야외 공간에서는 아름다운 오션뷰를 즐길 수 있습니다. 주차는 옆 쇼핑몰과 공간을 공유해서 어려울 수 있습니다. 위치는 타클로반 시내까지 차로 약 10~15분 거리입니다.
