The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The facilities were good. The staff were friendly at all times. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. The overall experience was good.

The trip to Renai Hotel was excellent, came around 1pm and get to ask the receptionist how much was the total deposit and thru that they told us your room is ready and can check in early. ************* everything went well 🤲🏻☺️ 1) The lobby was lovely and smells good too 2) Our room was perfect 3) Clean room & toilets 4) Spacious 5) The service was excellent 6) Housekeeping was good too 7) The food for breakfast was great So far staying here makes me wanna come again 🤲🏻🥰

The hotel was quite spacioud in kelantan standard and I would totally recommend u to book this hotel during raya festive, u would not be disaappointed! the breakfast was good too

Great riverfront location with spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Ideal for families or business travelers. However, the hotel is a bit dated, and the breakfast and facilities could be improved. Still, a good value for the price if you don’t mind the old-fashioned decor.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Good WiFi connection. Good location. Room sound proofing can be improved, noise from next door came thru connecting door.

The hotel is located opposite the beach and beside the lake. The room is very spacious, with balcony. the surrounding is very quiet and beautiful , good place for holidays and relax.

Everything was perfect (for a low budget hotel). Staff sangat friendly, facilities semua sangat nice, memang more than worth the money. Sangat berbaloi ya siap ada gym, laundry n gaming room. Breakfast tak banyak option tapi for RM15 add on is more than enough. So far sangat puas hati and will repeat again for another short trip to Kota Bharu.

The lobby is beautiful with a coffee machine provided..the bedroom so-so. The comforter got stains. And they forgot to put the soap, shampoo and body gel but quickly settled after we called the receptionist.. no toothbrush was provided shockingly..I think it's essential in a hotel room, don't you think so? Anyway, hopefully there is improvement in the new year.
