조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 인도 텔랑가나 호텔

FEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

Classic 40 year hotel in the heart of Hyderabad and a family friendly hotel with great amenities. Food is great and close to malls and offices. Great for families.

I stayed here business meeting. Location is very good and plenty of food options nearby. Hotel is also decent and I liked breakfast a lot

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights. Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

레스토랑의 서비스와 품질은 꽤 나쁩니다. 나는 저녁 식사 시간에 아무 서비스도 없이 5분 이상 식당에 앉아 있었다. 사촌의 최소 30%는 비어 있거나 거의 비어 있습니다. 5-star 호텔을 기반으로 한 서비스는 매우 열악하고 품질이 좋지 않습니다.

나는 하이데라바드의 Courtyard by Marriott에서 매우 즐거운 숙박을 했습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 전반적인 경험은 편안하고 잘 관리되었습니다. 직원들은 정중하고 도움이되었으며 항상 기꺼이 도와 주므로 숙박이 부드럽고 스트레스가 없었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 하우스 키핑 표준은 훌륭했고 환경은 안전하고 편안하다고 느꼈습니다. 음식은 숙박의 하이라이트였습니다. 아침 식사는 현지 인도식 및 세계 각국의 취향을 모두 충족시키는 다양한 종류를 제공했습니다. 음식의 품질은 매우 좋고 신선하며 잘 표현되었습니다. 레스토랑 직원은 세심하고 서비스는 신속하고 전문적이었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었고 비즈니스 및 레저 숙박 모두에 Courtyard Hyderabad를 확실히 추천합니다.

One of my best holidays in Taj Falaknuma, everything is so beautiful and historical. I’ll definitely visit here again ~

I har booked the room from trip.com, it includes bed and breakfast , but from the reception they told me, not included , when i show the details they arranged it Location is good , restaurant food was excellent,
