조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 인도 구자라트 호텔

그런데 수라트의 파크인에 며칠 머물다가 생수의 비밀을 알게 된 후, 계속해서 물에 대한 불쾌한 경험을 하지 않기 위해 좀 더 고급 호텔로 바꾸기로 결정했습니다. 이 메리어트 호텔은 이전에 The Gateway Hotel Athwalines로 불렸으며 1년 전에 메리어트로 이전되었습니다. 개똥을 한 번 밟으면 운이 좋으면, 개똥을 두 번 밟으면 불운이 생긴다. 이 호텔의 생수를 파크인과 같은 회사에서 구입하고, 재활용된 병의 물도 사용한다는 것은 전혀 생각하지 못했습니다. 나는 인도 국민의 친절함을 과소평가한 것이 아니라 인도 자본가들의 정직성을 과대평가했습니다. 이 위생 지점은 방이 아닌 식수를 위한 것입니다. 그런데 어쩌겠어요?” 매니저에게 항의했지만 형식적이지 않았습니다. 따라서 씨트립이 실제 리뷰를 진실되게 제시할 수 없다면 뭔가 잘못된 것입니다.

체크인 전 호텔 보안 검색을 거쳐야 합니다. 기계로 인해 보안 검색 기계에서 가방이 떨어져 가방에 들어 있던 향수병 전체가 손상되었습니다. 호텔 매니저가 신속하게 처리하고 직원이 알선해 주었습니다. 같은 브랜드의 현지 매장에 가서 보상으로 새 병을 구입하세요. 직원들은 진지하고 책임감 있고, 방은 조용하고 위생적이며, 여행하기 편리합니다! 공항에서 20분!

the staff is the best so far i have seen in India... Hyatt really trained and hopefully are paying them well enough to be way above the rest of Indian's hospitality industry... one staff even went all his way to help me with my taxi booking... which is much appreciated unlike Accor group's staff who keep using the word ”NO” first time travelers to india should only book Hyatt!!!

Very nice hotel and stay was good

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

This hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station. However, I have had experiences which are not so nice : A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom. B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved. C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF. D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once. E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.

아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 사실, 이것에 가장 먼저 가십시오. 그런 다음 더블 침대는 각 플랫폼에 설치하기 어렵고 가격이 매우 높기 때문에 큰 침대를 설정하고 직접 싼 150, 침대 이불을 추가하려면 차이가 없습니다. 아이들을 데려가기에 충분하며 세 사람은 큰 침대가 있어야 합니다. 위치는 공항에서 멀지 않은 거리에 있으며 13번 이내의 거리에 있으며 호텔에서 택시를 부를 수 있습니다. 게다가 저녁비행기 때문에 통화를 2시까지 미루어도 괜찮습니다. 주변 환경은 말할 수 없지만 도시는 작지 않지만 덥고 큰 상점이없고 호텔은 좋은 건물이며 2-3 층짜리 집으로 둘러싸여 있으며 거리를 산책 할 수 없으며 중국은 기회보다 더 더러운.
