조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 인도네시아 중앙 술라웨시 호텔

Since 2017, the Swiss-Belinn Luwuk is the place we always stay whenever we are in Luwuk. We are always welcomed very pleasantly every time we come back.. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. From the receptionist Yunia, to Rini, Sherley, Rheza and specially ELL who are always smiling and attentive, in the restaurant at the buffet breakfast (which is plentiful and has good variety) The only downside was some of the food quality from the ”a la carte menu” in the restaurant in the evening and how long it took to produce the food. For example it took 40 minutes to an hour to make Nasi Goreng. I also ordered a whole fish on two occasions and it almost inedible. The rooms are still well appointed. With comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Overall, if I am visiting Luwuk I will continue to stay at the Swissbel.

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible  with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

호텔 청결에 실망했습니다. 최근 객실에서 바퀴벌레를 발견했습니다. 객실 청결에 더욱 신경 써 주시기 바랍니다. 그리고 오늘 아침 식사 서비스도 실망스러웠습니다. 조식은 2인 기준인데 1인분만 사용했는데도 레스토랑 직원이 테이크아웃 음식을 허용하지 않았습니다. 투숙하시는 고객들을 위해 조식 서비스에 더욱 신경 써 주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

Waktu check in di depan saya lama menyelesaikan/mencari solusi, saya cukup lama menunggu giliran, padahal ada staf yg lain, harusnya bisa bantu saya. Interior hotel sepertinya banyak warisan, gini hari TV masih manual. Kursi di kamar SDH ngga layak pakai.

Dekat pusat kota, selimut byk bercak, bawah tempat tidur ada buangan bekas plastik sedotan dan korek kuping tamu sebelum kami tempati. Kuning2 jijay banget. Sepertinya hanya asal aja klo membersihkan kamar. Westafel kamar mandi dan tempat tisu sdh karatan

new hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation. wifi connection was very slow. smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account.

호텔이 새롭기 때문에 청결, 위치 및 좋은 서비스. 시설의 경우 침대와 베개가 편안하지 않습니다. 머리 베개의 크기가 너무 커서 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 없습니다.
