나는 이 호텔을 매우 좋아했습니다! 방은 깨끗하고 새것이었습니다. 스플리트 최고의 전망을 즐길 수 있는 완벽한 위치에 위치하고 있으며, 아름다운 바다 쪽을 따라 도보로 15분 이내에 구시가지/성까지 도달할 수 있습니다. 나는 그들의 아침 식사에 정말 놀랐습니다. 호텔 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 요청에 따라 오후 1시에 늦은 체크아웃이 가능해졌습니다 :) 스플리트 방문객들에게 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다!

매우 만족스러운 호텔! 위치는 매우 좋으며 항구까지 도보로 약 5분 거리입니다. 주요 명소는 모두 도보로 10분 이내의 거리에 있습니다. 창밖으로 보이는 바다가 너무 아름답습니다. 자율주행 기사님이 하루 전에 호텔을 맞이하고 무료 주차 공간을 예약합니다(미리 몰라서 이용하지는 않았지만 주변에 더 많은 주차장 있음)
아침 식사는 꽤 만족스러웠고 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 열정적이었고 많은 도움을 줄 것입니다. 추천!

Great location within the Old Town walls. Very friendly staff. Room a little small but a bit expensive for what you get, but seems par for the course in Split. Breakfast was nice and despite being a small hotel during peak season, it never felt crowded. A nice bit of solitude in a busy city. Good restaurants below the hotel, with a 10% discount for the restaurant attached to the hotel for one meal.

Gorgeous apartment with large sunny balcony. Staff were amazing and lovely breakfast in outdoor sitting area, made to order plus continental buffet. Short walk to main areas in Split. Thank you for a lovely stay

호텔은 해변과 가까우며 길 바로 건너편에 있고 버스 정류장에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 디자인 감각이 강합니다. 일부 아침 식사 옵션은 셀프 서비스이고 일부는 주문 가능합니다. 근처에 인터넷 유명 레스토랑이 있습니다. 시설은 새롭지만 일부 이용이 불편합니다. 사우나 문이 유리로 되어있어서 좀 불편해요. 또한, 호텔 내부 청소가 철저하게 이루어지지 않았고, 첫날 객실 내 쓰레기도 치워지지 않았습니다. 일반적으로 해변에 가는 관광객에게 적합합니다.

Goed hotel eten redelijk alles lauw, pizza werd wel ter plaatse in oven gebakken. Weinig nederlandse gasten, zeezicht niet doen je kijkt tegen dennen aan. Wel mooie boulevard maar rijden auto's, moters, bromfietsen over is jammer. Is ook een streek waar zeer veel en overal gerookt wordt.

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

1. This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is
In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view.
- This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves.
2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception.
- There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night.
3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass.
As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day.

- I use these words cautiously - whoever informed you of this has lied to you. We were not offered ear plugs. In any case ear plugs would have made no difference. I advise you make this clearer on your website.
5. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well.
- I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance.
I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering.

SSeat 2A이것은 구시 가지의 골목 한가운데에 위치한 친밀한 5-room 시설이므로 자동차는 문앞에서 승객을 떨어 뜨릴 수 없습니다. 공항에서 항구의 버스 정류장까지 8유로의 셔틀 버스를 타기에 충분히 쉽습니다. 마카룬 직원이 당신을 만나서 호텔까지 짐을 도와줍니다. 10-minute 도보 거리에 있습니다.
아침 식사는 일품 요리로, 패스트리/토스트, 콜드 컷으로 선택한 계란, 차 커피 및/또는 주스로 보완된 디저트 등 3가지 코스로 구성된 작은 시설에서 예상할 수 있는 것입니다. 음식은 양과 품질면에서 충분했습니다.
2 가지 문제가 눈에 띄었지만 내 방은 충분히 편안했습니다.
* 평평한 면 침대 시트 대신 저지처럼 보였고 매트리스 보호 장치처럼 보이는 시트가 장착되었습니다. 이것은 훨씬 부드러운 면 이불 덮개와 대조적으로 알약과 거칠었습니다. 내가 이것을 직원들에게 주목했을 때 그들은 이것이 호텔의 표준이라고 설명했습니다. 수면의 질에 영향을 미치지는 않았지만 시트의 거친 부분은 완전히 유쾌하지 않았습니다.

리리뷰어Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early.
The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great.
The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going.
The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace.
Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

LLC678Good location in the palace area, but it could be very confused because the hotel has different annex which is couple minutes walk apart. And it could be difficult to find the location of the annex, for the one I stay in named Villa Donbric couldn’t be find in Google map. Besides, since we have couple of large luggages, we look for hotel with elevator but the annex I stayed didn’t facilitated one. (I am not sure the other annex has one or not) The room is smaller than I expected, it’s a bit messy when we open up two luggage together. Other than that, it’s a cozy place to stay with helpful staff. The breakfast is served and good, with different options of eggs. I suggest extra attention is better when booking the hotel about the location and concern with luggages. Or I will suggest booking their optional pick up service.

MMark ElshoutExcellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

My kids were absolutely delighted with everything the hotel had to offer – from the beautiful surroundings to the well-organized activities. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a family getaway.
