조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 사우스 래너크셔 호텔

호텔은 괜찮았습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 리셉션 직원이 약간 당황한 것 같았습니다. 체크인 시간은 3시라고 되어 있지만 우리는 이스트 킬브라이드에서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 싶어서 12시에 도착했습니다. 그녀는 다른 직원에게 우리와 일찍 도착하는 다른 커플에 대해 언급했습니다. 우리는 방에 갈 필요가 없었고 단지 짐 없이 나가고 싶었습니다. 그런 다음 그녀는 조기 체크인에 대한 수수료를 청구할 수 있지만 이번에는 우리를 떠나게 해주겠다고 말했습니다. 그녀가 나에게 청구했다면 나는 참으라고 말했을 것입니다. 리셉션은 12층에 있습니다. 우리는 8층에 있었습니다. 방에서 난방을 할 수 없었고 바람이 창문을 통해 휘파람을 불고 정말 시끄러워서 창문에 대해 아무것도 할 수 없었습니다. 전체적으로 공평했어요

Great location for my purposes, and accessible for the south side of Glasgow. Great parking and a guaranteed parking space. Staff are very friendly and some areas of the hotel have been recently modernised to a high standard, but upgrade is in process. Great value for money and breakfast buffet is a good selection for everyone.

Not very happy about services , first of all the breakfast was very very low quality , not any type of fruit was available, no juice apart of a box just can get 45p from Asda No croissant at all Toilet flush handle was exactly back side of your seat and covered by toilet lid when you on seat ,, When i booked the hotel was promised room will be air conditioned but when get room a 10 inch table fan was as air conditioned 😆 which was very noisy at night Cleaning was good Staff was well behaved

Darren was great at checking us in and making sure we were OK. We had a ground floor room which was great with a dog too. He was very helpful and thoughtful

Special requests we didn't get...saw 4 other rooms to accommodate our nice view .2 wine glasses...2 chairs to sit at window to see a view...had to take last offer as this point it was 5.30pm....room had sour smell in it.catpet all stained..cups all stained.winfows broken handles .. condensation in windows...1 bath towel...linen was spotless...lovely friendly staff..very chatty...to compensate us we got a free drink .free breakfast....

고속도로에서 바로 떨어진 사랑스러운 호텔(자동차가 필요합니다). 우리는 Strathaven에서 콘서트에 가려고 해서 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 주인은 매우 친절한 사람이었고 방은 사랑스러웠습니다. 거대하고 편안한 침대, 온수 샤워, 깨끗한 린넨, 작은 세면 도구 및 차 / 커피가 객실에 있습니다. 우리는 훌륭한 숙박을했습니다.

The location is cery accessible...aside from chargung station is very convinient. There is a convinient store abd restaurant in the area. The room are cleab and spacious

My partner & I had a very pleasant stay at the Strathaven Hotel. Our room was very comfortable & very clean with a lovely view of the Scottish scenery. Breakfast was lovely & all staff were very pleasant & helpful. We would 100% stay again at this charming hotel.

Attending a wedding client  to the Tinto so was a really suitable venue to stay.  The hotel was welcoming and nicely decorated with the room having everything I needed.  Would definitely recommend.
