조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 버크셔 호텔

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

레딩에 올 때마다 이 호텔에 묵습니다. 기차역과 매우 가깝고 가격도 매우 저렴합니다. KFC, 중국 레스토랑, 태국 레스토랑 등 주변에 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 시내 중심가와 상업 거리. 서비스가 매우 좋고 객실도 훌륭하고 매우 깨끗하고 조용하며 잠을 잘 수 있습니다👍

We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.

Eveyrbtinh is great apart from the fact that the hotel carpark is only available after 6pm. Lucky I got a space at the meter in front of the hotel entrance. The nearest carpark is another 10-15 min walk. Everything else is great.

I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

가장 큰 문제는 공항에서 너무 멀다는 거예요. 특히 국내선으로 오면 세관 통과하고 나면 이미 늦은 시간이라 대중교통도 끊겨요. 택시도 잘 안 가려고 하고, 겨우 잡은 택시는 바가지 씌워서 30파운드를 달라고 하더군요. 우버를 부르는 게 나았을 것 같아요. 다른 건 다 좋았는데, 이 거리 때문에 다음에는 안 갈 것 같아요.

우리는 이 영지 호텔을 서둘러 예약했는데 전체적으로 꽤 괜찮고 교통이 불편했고 택시만 탈 수 있고 왕복으로 HKD800 달러를 썼고 아름다운 객실이 있고 주차장이 내려다보이고 잔디가 내려다 보입니다! 직원 태도가 매우 좋습니다! 자가 운전 투어를 추천합니다!

처음 만난 리셉션 직원은 정말 친절했는데, 체크인할 때 동료에게 도움을 요청해야 했는데 너무 무례했습니다. 이그제큐티브 룸을 예약했는데, 직접 예약하지 않아서 이그제큐티브 라운지를 이용할 수 없다고 했습니다. 말도 안 되는 소리였습니다. 방에 가서 힐튼 고객 센터에 전화했더니 이그제큐티브 라운지 이용이 가능하다고 해서 리셉션으로 돌아갔습니다. 호텔은 정말 편안하고, 방이 크고 넓었습니다. 침대도 좋았고, 샤워실과 욕조가 있는 욕실도 있었습니다. 이그제큐티브 룸에서도 생수가 무료가 아니어서 좀 놀랐습니다(한 병에 2.50파운드). 이그제큐티브 라운지는 괜찮았지만, 몇 년 전 마지막으로 묵었을 때보다 서비스가 많이 떨어졌습니다. 냉장고는 거의 하루 종일 비어 있었고, 간식은 채워져 있지 않았습니다. 컵은 곳곳에 지저분했습니다. 저녁 간식은 괜찮았지만, 예전보다 양이 줄었습니다. 다만 증류주와 프로세코는 괜찮았습니다. 이그제큐티브 룸 투숙객에게는 레스토랑에서 아침 식사가 제공되었습니다. 정말 다양한 메뉴가 있었고, 대부분 뷔페였지만 계란과 오믈렛은 주문 즉시 조리되었습니다. 커피도 맛있었습니다. 직원들은 전반적으로 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다(첫날 리셉션 직원은 제외). 저희는 이곳에서 3박을 했는데 정말 즐거웠습니다. 5번 터미널에서 호텔 문까지 가는 셔틀버스가 있는데, 요금은 1인당 6.80파운드입니다. 호텔 앞 도로에 정차하는 5번 버스를 타실 수도 있는데, 요금은 1.50파운드입니다. 1박 이상 숙박하는 경우, 윈저, 레고랜드, 슬라우, 하운슬로(런던 중심부로 가는 지하철 이용)로 가는 버스가 있습니다.
