The staff members are friendly. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the train station and shopping. Our room type is queen bed with a sofa bed. The room is not big and the facility is basic and rather dated. The room design is strange, with the bathroom next to the bed and the toilet next to the entrance. You will have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. The glass door next to the shower tub can’t be closed properly so water was leaking all over the floor in the bathroom and almost overflowed to where the bed is, as the bathroom door is only 20cm away from the bed at the most.

Beautiful and peaceful location. After a long haul flight, and attending an event for a couple of days, this was a perfect stay. Food was of good standard too. I like how quiet it was and our room had a balcony terrace so I could enjoy the garden and nature too.

酒店樓層不高，房間還算大吧，我們在3層，但是房間因為窗户封死，所以有黴味。前台很禮貌，看到有小朋友，還給棒棒糖巧克力。靠近希斯羅吧，碰到好多波得空姐空少，看前台的熟悉程度，是定點的。不過周圍吃東西不方便。酒店自己的餐廳，做的很不錯。前台主動給卡，可以打7折。回城趕飛機的話，很推薦

I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

amamzing experience from the hotel interms of facility and service. The reception ataff upgraded our room so that was great!!
