All was good but when I check out at last. I forget one item in the room. When I went to the room to take that item. Housekeeping was already there but she removed the package/she tore it. Housekeeping are doesn't allowed to remove the package until 1 day of the customer didn't came. Everything was good . Only this one was not accepted . Next time please don't follow this . Not with others. Thank you

It was a very nice stay. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is very nice. You get your room cleaned up more than once a day. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

프로 (게임) - 방은 최근에 개조되었으며 깨끗합니다. - 샤워는 훌륭했습니다. - 호텔은 조용했다 - 수영장 지역은 괜찮 았고 깨끗했습니다. - 아침 식사는 꽤 맛있었습니다 - 오가는 후 주차를 찾는 데 문제가 없었습니다. 콘스탄티노폴리스 - '에어컨'은 22도 이하로 내려가지 않습니다. - 대부분의 직원은 무례했습니다. 가족이 아파서 식당에서 아침 식사를 방으로 가져갈 목표가 있었을 때 나는 너무 무례하게 할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 그들이 아프다고 말했고 그들이 아프지 않는 한 다시 할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 네, 방금 아프다고 말했고 내 방 번호는 메모되었습니다. 왜요? ! 요즘 모두가 식당에서 아침을 먹고 싶어하는 것은 아닙니다. 무례한 또 다른 예는 체크아웃 시 숙박이 어는지 묻지도 않고 신용 카드를 손에서 빼앗아 탭 비용을 지불하고 운 좋게 영수증으로 돌려받았습니다. - 더블침대는 싱글 2개를 함께 밀어서 밤새 서로 굴러갔습니다.

Hotel was great. Location was great. Breakfast was great. However, one complaint. I forgot my charger in the room. I contacted the hotel to see if it was possible to ship it to me. They said they’d look and get back to me. I never heard from the again, even after I sent a follow-up message regarding the issue. Not a big loss but frustrating they couldn’t communicate.

일반적으로 우리는 우리의 체류를 즐겼습니다! 훌륭한 위치, 전망, 많은 편의 시설, 호텔의 데코, 가족 분위기, 친절한 직원 및 음식-특히 뷔페. 하지만 우리가 지불한 난방이 서비스 에어컨과 중앙에서 고장난 첫 추운 밤이었습니다. 리셉션에서 밤에 대화를 할 수 있었던 사람들은 도움을 줄 수 없었습니다. 다음날 아침 그들은 우리가 요청한 기술자를 보내려고 노력했습니다. 문제는 해결되었지만 아무도 우리에게 돈을 잃은 서비스 였기 때문에 어떤 방식 으로든 우리에게 보상을 논의하기 위해 오지 않았습니다. 게다가, 나는 성인 2 명과 어린이 2 명, 9-year-old과 2 년 미만의 방을 예약했지만 시스템에서 볼 수 없다고 말했습니다. 그들은 그것을 준비 할 것이라고 말했다. 결국 그들은 사전에 통보없이 우리를 청구했습니다.

Had a great week at this hotel. Staff very helpful and polite. Nice ambience throughout. Good outdoor space for adults and children. Nice pool, though not quite for lanes, but still had fun playing water volley with a group I met at the hotel. Good location about 15 minutes walk from the old port marina. On the bus route through Limmasol. Located 3 minutes walk across the road from the beach.. Very clean beach and lovely promenade for swimming, walking, and sea activities. Had a couple of sessions at the spa - very professional and attentive masseuse, and compettive treatment packages. Didn't use the gym or sauna.

KKaren BeverleySuperior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is. Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests. I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working. We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while. For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream. It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

BBec5The hotel was very nice a little old but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was extra blankets which I needed as it was very cold weatger. SSaskiaThe hotel was sooo pretty and very central, but quiet to sleep. We will definitely stay there again, when we come to Limassol! The beds are very comfortable and the room was cosy. The only thing we didn’t like: we booked it, cause it’s an adult only hotel: But since people, who don’t stay in the hotel can come for brunch and they can bring their kids, it’s not really adults only. We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all. I think that’s quite rude from the parents (very selfish, if you can’t control kids, but you don’t care about other guests) and the hotel could at least have said something. If you advertise and adult only hotel, but kids jumping around during breakfast, this could be mentioned. We let the reception know about it.

리리뷰어We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

GGCxDuring check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I
