L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être tout prêt de l'aéroport, à 5 minutes à pied. La chambre est correcte sans plus. L'air conditionné fonctionne très bien.le wifi marche bien.
Le petit déjeuner est servi avec parcimonie et est quelconque. Il n'y a pas de café disponible à toute heure.
Il y a la plage à 10 minutes à pied mais normalement interdite car il n'y a pas de surveillance. Il faut aller 10 minutes plus loin.
Il y a des commerces et des restaurants dans le quartier. Le quartier semble sûr.

We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing.

전망이 아주 좋습니다 발코니에서 바다가 보입니다
위생 개선이 필요하고 가구가 비교적 낡았습니다.
나는 그런 큰 호텔에 헤어 드라이어가 없다는 것을 불평해야합니다 (아마도 제한된 수, 호텔 직원이 그것을 찾으라고 말했지만 결국 나에게주지 않았습니다)

전체적으로 탄탄한데 약간 뼈가 뭉툭합니다.
객실에는 슬리퍼, 가운, 물이 없습니다. TV 리모콘 2개와 빈 바 냉장고만 있는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 욕실용품도 기본입니다.
위치는 공항과 장소 이동에 편리하지만 호텔 자체 주변에는 많지 않습니다.
아침 식사는 맛이 좋았지만 현장은 정신없었습니다. 물건은 계속 부족했고, 오믈렛 줄은 느렸고, 테이블은 대부분 깨끗하지 않았고 수저도 없었습니다.
듣기에는 별로일 수도 있지만 꽤 만족스러웠습니다.

me queda muy feliz de mi alojamiento en el hotel Baluarte, los todos personal del hotel fueron
super amable, el desayuno estaba muy sabroso, Si tenía alguna pregunta el personal del hotel siempre me ayudó con consejos, Este es lugar seguro absolutamente. Me aloje en hotel durante dos semanas y las dos semanas se quedan sin un solo incidente. Estoy lleno de agradecimiento a personal el hotel, y recomiendo hotel baluarte a todos.

El personal no es muy atento, saludábamos y ellos jamás respondían.
El restaurante dijo que nos podía llevar el pedido a la habitación si lo dejábamos pagado, lo hicimos y al ver que no subían dijeron que teníamos que recoger la comida, que ellos no llevan a la habitación

Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍
Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼
If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

그들은 공항에서 나를 데리러 올 것이라고 말했고 내가 도착했을 때 아무도 거기에 없었습니다. 관광지이며 택시 남자는 CRAZY CRAZY입니다. 위치는 끔찍하고 명소에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다.

익익명 사용자The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

리리뷰어I've been @ Santuario much longer than planned due to some health issue. So, I had the time to highly appreciate not only the hostel itself, the great vibe and atmosphere, the fantastic beds setup where you have plenty of space (!) plus an unusual total privacy, like you have a mini room inside a room, but especially the people: staff is great and really cares the guest, while sick I had a family like surveillance, especially Stefy ”la chica del bar”, Kathy (cleaning & kitchen) and Jose (maintenance) never missed supporting me and asking genuinely interested how I was feeling doing their best to help. In a difficult moment, I was in the right place, thanks them! One only thing disturbing me was, the aircon management: ok it was on only evening and night, quite usual, problem was a person feeling cold was enough to shut down the aircon for everyone... and it was hot then... i love freezing, ok, but a correct balance would be the best, suggesting who's cold to wear a t-shirt should work, and others won't sweat ;-)

리리뷰어El hotel es precioso! Las instalaciones son excelente. La habitación algo pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría, pero con lo más esencial para estancias cortas. Lo mejor? El desayuno! Es de otro nivel! Croissant de almendra, huevos perfectos y un sabor muy intenso, recomendable!!! El personal muy servicial y atento. Nota 10 por ellos. Está a las puertas de Getsemaní pero no se escucha nada de la fiesta afuera en la calle, a media manzana. Por resaltar algo negativo: la puerta del baño no se cierra del todo y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien en recepción y salón de desayunos. Volveríamos de ojos cerrados a Osh!!! ❤️

WWilliamAbsolutely fantastic. This is a quiet small resort with maybe 14 rooms. 1.5 hours from Cartagena City. A bit of a harrowing drive, but definitely worth the trip. Once you get in through the doors, it’s beautiful & peaceful. Balinese type style. Not a five-star resort but they do a really nice job. Very well staffed so you have somebody to help you if you need anything. Very quiet. No telephones, no tv’s in room. Rooms are spacious, private, very comfortable. Two small beaches on either side of the main area. All open-air reception, Restaurant. One restaurant iwth 2 levels. Food was actually terrific. Best food we had in Colombia. We were there for three nights and absolutely loved it. lots of daytrippers, people coming in from Cartagena on boat to spend the day at the resort. Was nice. Will definitely come back. Thank you to Lordy who took such nice care of our family. Special place.

리리뷰어So cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category.
I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 .
Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

리리뷰어All rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light.
There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean.
The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette.
The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe
Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅
