조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 벨기에 나뮈르 호텔

우리는 8월 13일부터 8월 15일까지 Mercure Namur에서 믿을 수 없을 정도로 실망스러운 숙박을 했습니다. 우리의 경험은 자정이 넘은(12시 30분부터 새벽 4시 30분까지....) 과도한 소음을 내는 이웃 프랑스 손님의 사려 깊은 행동으로 인해 망쳤습니다. 끊임없이 시끄러운 음악, 소리지르며 벽을 두드리는 소리에도 불구하고, 그리고 문을 쾅 닫는 등 그들은 ******에서 약간의 돈을 잃었을 수도 있습니다. 나는 프론트 데스크에 연락했고, 호텔 보안이 떠난 후에 다시 소음을 내었다. 이것은 괜찮은 밤의 잠을 얻는 것을 불가능하게 만들었습니다. 우리는 4.30 am까지 깨어있었습니다. 우리는 평화로운 숙박을 기대했지만 대신 좌절로 밤을 보냈습니다. 이러한 문제를 귀하의 관심에 가져와 비슷한 사건이 앞으로 예방되어 모든 손님에게 더 나은 편안한 경험을 보장할 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Super mooi hotel, alles erg netjes , goeie locatie . Alleen jammer dat het ontbijt nogal prijzig is en bij drukken bezetting van het hotel, verloopt het ontbijt nogal chaotisch

Great little hotel in a small town. There are 3 close by restaurants to choose from. It’s clean and cozy. Our room is downstairs close to the entrance and the rest of the rooms are upstairs (no lift). It is self checkin process which was relatively smooth. The email instructions were all in French, which made it somewhat difficult to follow checkin instructions, but we worked it out quickly.

The hotel is in a good location and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The place is clean and the service provided was very good. The staff was very welcoming and always smile and greet us. We had a great stay there!

This hotel is the best and most spacious Ibis hotel I’ve been to. The decor is stylish and chic with well thought out amenities. Nice big room with comfortable beds and views. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. My family and I are extremely happy with this hotel, I wish I’ve booked here for more than two nights.

두 번째 숙박. 우리가 자동차로 나무르에 가면 매우 편리합니다. 주변에 많은 가구 인테리어 상점 (예상치 못하지만 좋습니다). 자동차로 시내 중심까지 10 분. 호텔 앞에 정류장이있는 도시에서 버스가 몇 대 있지만 빈도는 1 시간 이상입니다. 호텔에 주차가 좋습니다. 방은 좋고 세련되고 큽니다. 바가 좋습니다.

Amazing location, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea at the hotel. They also gave us a €5 voucher to use during our stay—such a thoughtful touch. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Namur.

De kamer was ruim en voorzien van alles wat nodig was. Het mocht er wel iets warmer zijn in de kamer. Het opzetten van de chauffeur help niet echt. De wellness was ook niet super warm. Het ontbijt was er heel lekker

Service was prima en vriendelijk ! Fietsen veilig kunnen stallen voor de nacht. Lekker ontbijt.

Bon hotel bien situé, propre ,personnel accueillant, un seul petit bémol dans la chambre, une chaise plastic et pas un petit fauteuil.
