The hotel rooms are quite small. Excellent lounge and meeting space. Functional but effective breakfast. Just by the mall which is very convenient with an excellent spa

The place is really an amazing place. well caring staff members with a welcoming smile.l really felt at home beyond the boarders. The food was really amazing, especially in the morning.The environment is really accessible to a mall, which is a walkable distance.Protea team welldone #Protea hotel Cairo road.

located near city center.
very quiet place
gym and swimming pool are under renovation. so I couldn't use these facilities
somehow we can still enjoy a very good dinner in the lobby restaurant

The staff was incredibly amazing, very helpful and alert. The overall hotel was clean and fresh. Our dinner was good but the breakfast was the best with a lot of variety and tasty options. This will be our go back to place if we return to Lusaka.

I had stayed at this hostal a few years and thought it was cheap and cheery then but I found it run down this time around, The rooms were not clean, there was no hot water, the rooms are not light or soundproof.

The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.

LLauren Goatley나는 보통 리조트에서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 몇 번 머물렀다. 이번에는 처음부터 몇 가지 사항이 있었습니다.
우리가 일찍 갈 예정이어서 리셉션에 요청했는데, 아이들이 5시 30분에 일찍 먹을 수 있도록 아침 식사 상자를 준비해 달라고 했습니다.
저녁에 레스토랑에 도착했을 때 음식이 나오는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다.
아이들을 샤워실에 데려갔을 때 수건이 없었고 전화를 걸 때 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다.
우리 아이가 크레오모라를 가질 수 없기 때문에 우리는 전화로 일반 우유를 요청했는데 가져오겠다고 했지만 결코 가져오지 않았습니다.
그런 다음 택시 운전사가 우리를 실망시켰기 때문에 아침에 공항 셔틀을 예약하기 위해 리셉션에 전화했는데 그녀는 다시 전화하겠다고 했지만 결코 그러지 않았습니다. 결국 내가 다시 전화를 한 후에 그들은 결과를 가지고 나에게 돌아왔다. 그런데 가격을 알려주지 않았어요.
5시 30분에 체크아웃했는데 아침식사 도시락이 없었어요. 그리고 우리 택시가 1인당 K400이라고 말했습니다!
그래서 전체적으로 좋은 것은 아니 었습니다.

유럽식 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 요청 시 멋진 잠비아 커피를 이용할 수있었습니다.
대부분의 호텔 직원이 TV 😀😃😄을보기 위해 남아 있기 때문에 낮 @ 로비 / 레스토랑 지역은 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 수영장은 깨끗했습니다. 가족 숙박을위한 추천 장소.

CCOLAbear設施：機場酒店，房間很小，就像個宿舍。就是個睡覺的地方。沒有拖鞋，沒有牙膏牙刷。床很小。空調不熱。早餐很少。
衞生：有蟲子。
環境：外面什麼都沒有，就是靠近機場，走路就能到機場。
服務：坐下要點菜的時候，突然跳閘。跟服務員要盒火柴，要收50克瓦查。
