바 시설을 갖춘 튀니지 모나스티르 호텔

훌륭한 팀이 있는 호텔이라도 한 사람의 실수로 인해 분위기가 완전히 달라질 수 있다는 점이 안타깝습니다. 호텔과 서비스는 매우 만족스러웠지만, 튀니지에 투자하는 비즈니스 여행객으로서 5성급 호텔에서는 프런트 데스크 직원이 객실 내 기기 관리를 최우선으로 해야 한다고 생각합니다. 프런트 데스크의 아지즈에게 룸서비스에 대해 문의했더니 TV에 메뉴와 주문 방법이 나와 있다고 설명했습니다. 방에 도착해서 이메일을 확인하고 TV를 켜 메뉴를 보니 룸서비스가 11시나 11시 30분에 마감된다고 표시되어 있었습니다. 호텔이 시내에서 20분이나 떨어진 곳에 있어서 결국 배고픈 채로 잠자리에 들어야 했습니다. 다음 날 아침 아지즈에게 다시 이야기했더니 TV에 메뉴가 나와 있는 것뿐이라며 별로 신경 쓰지 않고 곧 개선하겠다고 했습니다. 다음 날 밤에도 같은 상황이 반복되었습니다. 늦게까지 일을 마치고 방으로 돌아와 룸서비스에 전화를 걸었지만 아무도 받지 않았습니다. 다시 전화를 걸었더니 졸린 상태로 메뉴가 뭔지도 모르는 매니저가 누군가 전화해 줄 거라고 했습니다. 그런데 30분쯤 지나서야 겨우 잠들 준비가 된 후에야 전화가 왔습니다. 또다시 배고픈 채로 잠들었습니다. 아침에 아지즈에게 전화를 걸었더니 그는 또다시 너무 바빠서 신경 쓸 겨를이 없었습니다. 전문적인 업체라면 손님을 세심하게 배려하는 직원을 갖춰야 하는데, 특히 그를 고용한 업체처럼 튀니지에 투자하는 곳이라면 더욱 그렇습니다. 정말 안타깝습니다.

The rooms were freshly painted and clean. They are very close to the sea and you can go to the beach within a 5-minute walk. You can go to the train station by taxi for 3 Tunisian dinars. The breakfast is adequate, but not a very big one. The price is reasonable for coffee, tea, eggs, margarine, croissants and bread, tomatoes and cheese. The pillows were a bit bad and the receptionist took care of them and changed them. The place is nice and you can stay for a few nights.

The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. The rooms were bright and beautifully laid with welcome chocolate and towel folded to make a lovely penguin

Bonne accueil général un grand complexe qui a bénéficié d’un bon emplacement stratégique ( 7 min en taxi de l’aéroport de monastir ) plage à bord de l’hôtel ( pas de chance remplie de méduse ) animation excellente du matin au soir . Malheureusement chambres souillé par le temps, nourriture correct si vous êtes pas compliqué mais toujours en retard ( surtout le SNACK jamais à l’heure et n’anticipe pas ses cuisson ) ! Personnel du restaurant très pro mais ceux du bar une catastrophe pas aimable du tout ! Pas grand chose à voir pour ma part j’ai profité du SPA avec des prix raisonnable contrairement en France mais sa n’est pas de la Kine . J’ai fait des belles rencontres ; avec des francais mais les tunisiens locaux de cette environnement sont malheureusement fermé et se croisent tout permis aucun savoir vivre malheureusement l’hôtel est concentré sur eux et délaisse les touristes européens dommage …

Tout s’est très bien passé ! Jerecommande et je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois que je suis à Monastir ✨

이 호텔에서 두 번째로 예약했습니다. 처음으로 마법이었습니다. 이번에는 조금 덜했습니다. HS 에어컨. 판매실은 이 특정 주부의 잘못입니다. 그리고 일부 장비의 안전을 검토해야 합니다. 이 호텔은 기회가 있으면 이러한 문제를 만나지 않으면 즐거운 숙박을 즐길 수 있는 매우 아름다운 호텔입니다. 차량을 주차할 수 있는 주차 공간이 없다는 점에 유의하려면 하루만 기다려야 합니다.
