바 시설을 갖춘 말레이시아 파항주 호텔

남편과 저는 3월 초에 휴가를 보냈습니다. 훌륭한 호텔이었고 모든 것이 최고 수준이었습니다. 우리는 해안에 있는 218호실에 살았습니다. 집에는 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. TV, 에어컨, 선풍기, 냉장고, 헤어드라이어, 슬리퍼, 목욕가운, 1인당 생수 한 병(필요 시 보충), 티 세트, 주전자. 객실은 완벽하게 깨끗하고, 가구와 그 외 모든 것이 좋은 상태입니다. 유일한 단점은 전기 제품을 위한 소켓이 없다는 것입니다. 숙박 요금에 아침 식사가 포함되어 있는데, 아침 식사가 훌륭해서 저녁까지 충분히 먹을 수 있었습니다. 집 주변을 돌아다니며 주변에 있는 모든 것을 훔치는 야생 원숭이(산적😂)들이 많으니, 특히 음식은 아무것도 놓치지 마세요. 직원들이 정말 친절하고 도움이 되며, 필요한 일이라면 무엇이든 꼭 도와줄 것입니다. 이 호텔은 분명 가격대비 가치가 있고, 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

이 호텔의 위치는 해변 바로 옆에 있어 매우 좋습니다. 주변 분위기도 매우 아름답고 차분합니다. 어린이들을 위한 물놀이 공간도 마련되어 있어 가족 단위로 이용하기에도 좋습니다. 서비스도 좋습니다. 하지만 두 가지 문제가 있습니다. 방의 가구가 너무 낡았고 해변에 모래 파리가 있다는 것입니다.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike. One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. Thank you to the entire B&J team for making my trip so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

우리는 마침내 서비스를 제공하기 전에 하우스키핑 서비스를 세 번이나 불러야 했습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 양호하지만, 수영장 물이 눈에 띄게 더럽고 쓰레기가 포함되어 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 OOTD 사진을 찍을 수 있는 그림 같은 장소가 많이 있습니다. 부드러운 백사장이 있는 해변도 아름답습니다. 주차장은 해변 샬레 전용으로 예약되어 있어 밤늦게 돌아올 때도 문제가 없었습니다. 리셉션 서비스도 매우 좋았고, 시간에 맞춰 방이 준비되어 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다.

⚠️ 이 호텔에 묵지 마세요 – 윈덤 아이온 마제스틱이 훨씬 낫습니다 ⚠️ 새 호텔임에도 불구하고, 심각한 개선이 필요한 부분이 많습니다. 저희가 처음 객실에 들어가 키 카드를 꽂았을 때 전기가 들어오지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크에서는 정전 때문이라고 했습니다. 게다가 변기 물 내림 기능도 작동하지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원인 라피는 마치 로봇처럼 딱딱하게 행동했고 영어를 유창하게 구사하지 못했습니다. 이러한 문제들 때문에 아내가 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했지만, 라피는 이를 무시했습니다. 차를 주차하고 직접 프런트 데스크로 갔는데, 라피가 다른 투숙객과 함께 고장 난 객실을 확인하러 간 사이 15분 정도 기다려야 했습니다. 저는 호텔이 만실이거나 모든 객실이 고장 난 경우가 아니라면, 방을 바꿔달라고 단호하게 말했습니다. 그렇지 않다면, 기존 객실을 수리하는 동안 새 객실로 바꿔주는 것이 더 나을 것이라고 했습니다. 결국 라피가 다른 방을 제공해 주긴 했지만, 제가 그에게 말레이시아에서 일하니 말레이어를 배우라고 권하자 그는 ”여기는 5성급 호텔인데 영어면 충분해요.”라고 대답했습니다. 정말 어이가 없었죠. 설상가상으로 5층 엘리베이터 근처에서 물이 새서 바닥에 물웅덩이가 생겼는데, 이는 투숙객들에게 심각한 안전 문제였습니다. 그래서 당직 매니저인 에이미 씨에게 모든 상황을 알렸고, 이전과는 달리 그녀는 매우 전문적으로 대처했습니다. 불필요한 말 없이 바로 두 가지 해결책을 제시해 주었습니다. 추가 요금을 내고 윈덤 이온 마제스틱의 3베드룸 객실로 업그레이드해 주거나, 조식이 포함된 1베드룸 객실을 제공해 주는 것이었습니다. 에이미 씨, 이해심과 배려에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 덕분에 위기를 모면할 수 있었지만, 5성급 호텔이라는 명성에 걸맞게 하려면 직원 교육과 시설 관리 수준을 개선해야 할 필요가 있습니다.

쿠안탄 스위스 그랜드 호텔에서 보낸 멋진 3박 2일 가족 여행 최근 저희 가족은 쿠안탄 스위스 그랜드 호텔에서 3박 2일 동안 즐거운 가족 여행을 보냈습니다. 정말 잊지 못할 편안한 시간이었어요. 도착하는 순간부터 체크인 과정은 순조롭고 친절했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 전문적이었으며 항상 따뜻한 미소로 도움을 주려 애썼고, 덕분에 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 가족 여행에 완벽했습니다. 특히 아름다운 바다 전망과 잔잔한 파도 소리가 여행 내내 평화로운 분위기를 만들어 주었습니다. 객실 청소 서비스도 훌륭했고, 머무는 동안 꾸준히 제공되었습니다. 호텔 시설도 정말 좋았습니다. 수영장은 아이들에게 큰 인기를 끌었고, 해변으로 바로 연결되는 통로 덕분에 바닷가에서 산책도 하고 가족과 함께 소중한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 안전하고 가족 친화적인 환경이었습니다. 조식 또한 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 다양한 현지 및 세계 각국의 요리가 제공되었습니다. 모든 음식이 신선하고 맛있었으며, 어른과 아이 모두를 위한 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있었습니다. 전반적으로 편안하고 즐거웠으며 스트레스 없는 여행이었습니다. 쿠안탄에서 편안한 해변 휴가를 보내고 싶은 가족들에게 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 저희 가족은 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다! ✨ 저희 가족 여행을 이렇게 멋진 추억으로 만들어주셔서 감사합니다!

I stayed at Crockfords Hotel Genting in early October 2025 and was genuinely disappointed by the level of service — especially for a hotel that claims to be Malaysia’s leading luxury property. On 3 October, I approached the concierge Duty Manager around 9:40am regarding the hotel Wi-Fi, which kept showing an “invalid credentials” error. Instead of taking the initiative to verify the problem — which turned out to be something as simple as incorrect login details given at check-in — he insisted that the IT team would need to come into my room to fix it. Later in the day, another staff member resolved the issue within minutes by simply checking the credentials. It’s baffling how the Duty Manager couldn’t do something that basic. Throughout my stay, I also noticed that many of the staff seemed lost and unsure of how to handle simple situations — almost like the blind leading the blind. There was a clear lack of coordination and communication among them. The breakfast experience was another major letdown. I had breakfast there for three consecutive days, and throughout, the food was never hot — the noodles in soup were the only consistently warm item served. To make matters worse, the staff did not communicate properly among themselves. On one morning, we were told to wait while a table by the window was being cleared for us. After waiting a good five minutes, another group of guests was allowed to take the exact table we were waiting for. The explanation given was simply that “the other guests wanted the table.” Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre. The only saving grace was the Duty Manager working on 5 Oct and overseeing the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, proactive, and took the initiative to check if guests needed drinks or assistance. His professionalism truly stood out amidst the confusion elsewhere. For a hotel that boasts winning the Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star Award seven years in a row, this experience was frankly a joke. The gap between Crockfords’ reputation and its actual service standards is staggering. Truly disappointing and nowhere near what one would expect from a so-called luxury hotel. PS: At least the view was great.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 객실은 넓고 욕조와 발코니가 갖춰져 있으며, TV 채널도 아주 많습니다. 조식 뷔페와 점심 식사도 훌륭합니다. 호텔에 향기가 너무 좋습니다. 콴탄에 다시 가면 이 호텔을 다시 예약할 생각입니다.

Beautiful resort that really makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The grounds are well maintained and really pretty, the huts are a bit plain, but have what you need. The rooms do get really warm which I feel could be solved by blocking off the high roof. This would make it easier to clean and make the room a bit smaller for the small air con unit to cool down. We also had a double hut that connected to another one with a thin door which didn’t lock. Great for families travelling together, but as we did not know the people staying in the other hut, we would have liked the option to lock the door. The walls are also really thin so we sometimes heard a bit more than what we wanted to hear. Some of the activities are incredible! Highly recommend the night jungle walk. The guides are really knowledgeable and managed to spot tiny (and sometimes not so tiny) creepy crawlers for us to see. The day jungle walk was fun and not too hard. “Easy” jungle hiking. The boat trip to Lata Berkoh was a waste of time. The boat trip itself is fine, but you get out to look at a big tree, then again at a “fish sanctuary” which is really just a few empty buildings and a guy selling fish food in recycled bottles. You then feed the fish in the river. Finally, the swimming spot is just a different part of the dirty river, with conflicting signs which state it is both safe and unsafe to swim. The night boat tour was ok. The guides really try to find things for you to see, but it really depends on which animals are out and about. So all in all, good experience, but recommend looking outside the resort for things to do during the day, we mainly just sat around until the next activity we had booked as it was too hot to do anything and many of the trails were too long to do in between min 3-5km. Also: note you cannot get to the resort by car! You need to leave it in the parking and take a boat (1RM per passenger) to get to the resort. Not bad, just not something we knew and it took us a while to figure it out in the dark. Food was ok

The best stay. Beautiful place. they let me pay to have my room upgrade due to my wife request. the staff very friendly and help us with everything we need and transportation. and during our last stay, the staff such a lifesaver by reminded us about the timing for last ferry on that day.( they have ws group i guess.) so im really grateful for that information.
