숙소는 TAJ 환대에서 기대하는 것을 유지했습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 모든 직원으로부터 받은 서비스는 매우 정중하고 전문적이며 개인적이었습니다. 레스토랑의 음식은 매우 좋았지 만 제공된 관심은 예외적이었습니다. 이번 방문에도 동행한 싱가포르 출신의 동료도 같은 의견을 공유하고 깊은 인상을 받았습니다.

Easily approachable location. smiling staff at the front desk. check in facility smooth. good clean room, white linen, clean bathrooms. quick room service. very well organized restaurant. breakfast full 😋 10 /10 marks. we were to check out late but the staff was very cooperative. one suggestion: guests may be offered a welcome drink. the stay was very comfortable 😌 👌

The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice.
