바 시설을 갖춘 캐나다 퀘벡 호텔

프런트 직원분들이 매우 친절했고, 영어 소통도 가능해서 좋았습니다. 위치도 매우 편리했고, 아침에는 무료 가이드 투어 신청도 할 수 있었습니다. 방은 상당히 쾌적하고 넓었지만, 난방이 다소 강해서 낮에는 조금 더웠습니다. 주방 시설도 매우 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 음식 보관용 대형 냉장고도 있었습니다. 요리하는 사람이 많지 않아서 편안하게 주방을 이용할 수 있었어요. 엘리베이터가 없으니 짐이 많거나 힘이 약한 여행객들은 조용한 방을 특별히 요청하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 조용한 방을 요청하면 최고층의 가장 안쪽 방으로 배정해주는 배려는 좋았지만, 짐을 옮기다가 울고 싶을 정도로 힘들었습니다. 공용 욕실/화장실은 여러 개 있었지만, 청소할 시간이 부족했는지 막혀서 보기에 불쾌한 변기를 마주친 적이 있었습니다.

이 호텔은 최고의 위치를 ​​자랑합니다. 차이나타운이 바로 코앞에 있어 식사와 쇼핑을 즐기기에 매우 편리합니다. 구시가지와 항구는 불과 몇 백 미터 거리에 있으며, 노트르담 대성당은 직선 거리로 약 300미터 떨어져 있습니다. 기차역과 지하철역도 도보 거리에 있습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 환경과 청결도는 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔 인테리어는 다소 오래되었고, 욕실 환풍기와 에어컨 작동 시 소음이 꽤 컸습니다. 또한, 세 가족을 위한 조식 메뉴가 없었고, 두 명, 네 명 또는 조식 미포함 옵션만 제공되었습니다. 따라서 조식을 이용해 보지 못했고, 이에 대한 후기를 남길 수 없습니다.

We loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym.  All in all, great hotel!

很不錯，設施也挺齊全的，價格也不高，有英語和法語服務，有免費的停車場，旁邊就是高速公路附近也有不錯的餐廳，但是隔音不太好，樓上走動房間會有聽到聲響

혼자 여행하면서 편하게 쉬다 갔어요 침대가 8개인데 퍼스널공간이 보장되는 구조로 설치되어있었고 들어가는쪽 빼고 다 막혀있어서 좋았어요 샤워실이 충분하지는 않지만 저는 기다림 없이 자유롭게 이용했고 전체적으로 깔끔해요! 사물함이 제일 걱정이었는데 케리어랑 보조가방 핸드백 다 들어가요

I had a great stay! Everything was easy to access and clean. I would stay again if traveling to the airport.

모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 남편과 저는 비수기에 2박을 묵었습니다. 호텔은 깨끗했고, 객실도 훌륭했으며, 직원들은 매우 친절하고 세심하게 저희의 필요를 들어주었습니다. 저희가 방문했을 당시에는 야외 화덕이 공사 중이었고, 곤돌라는 수리 중이었지만, 직원들은 하이킹을 통해 마을을 탐험해 보라고 권유했고, 근처에서 즐길 수 있는 다른 액티비티에 대한 추천도 해주었습니다. 저는 목걸이를 잃어버렸는데, 결국 찾지는 못했지만 호텔 직원들은 공감하며 목걸이를 찾기 위해 최선을 다했고, 저와 효과적으로 소통했습니다.

호텔의 위치는 좋으나, 낮은 지대에 위치해서 높은 지대에 있는 샤토 프롱트낙까지 가려면 힘들게 오르막길을 올라야 합니다. 객실 내부가 고급스러운 편은 아닌데, 상대적으로 객실요금은 높습니다. 아침식사는 전날 예약을 해야 하는데, 호텔 프론트와 식당 사이의 업무연락이 미숙하여, 예약을 하였으나 예약이 안 된 것으로 처리되어 당황하였습니다.

객실은 넓고, 주변 골프 코스도 아름다우며, 뒤쪽 발코니에서 보이는 골프 코스 전망은 정말 최고였습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 친절하고 밝은 미소로 응대하며, 쿠키를 나눠주는 모습은 퀘벡의 따뜻한 환대를 느낄 수 있게 해주었습니다.

I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
