A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

位置非常好，轉個彎進square中心。另個方向轉彎到Tram站，搭車很方便。但是叫Taxi,車不能進來必須走到Tram站旁去搭車。房屋的設備很好，房間明亮。雖然樓下就是餐廳與bar，晚上不太影響睡眠。早餐我沒用酒店的配合餐廳，看之前評價不咋滴。因為樓下就是cafe，都有提供brunch，非常方便。電梯非常滿意，不用擔心老房子還要爬樓梯。

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location

베네치안 하우스 아파트호텔에서 3박을 묵었습니다. 위치가 정말 최고였습니다. 호텔 출구에서 나오면 바로 중앙 광장인 리넥 글로우니(Rynek Glowney)로 연결됩니다. 호텔 직원들은 정말 친절했고, 최선을 다해 도와주었습니다. 저희는 아래층 레스토랑이 내려다보이는 작은 발코니가 있는 18호실에 묵었습니다. 당일치기 여행을 예약해 놓았고 매일 아침 일찍 출발해야 ​​했기 때문에 호텔 시설은 전혀 이용하지 않았습니다. 방 자체는 깨끗하고 따뜻했으며, 가구도 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 편안한 침대와 다양한 베개가 준비되어 있었습니다. 싱크대, 가스레인지, 전자레인지, 냉장고가 있는 작은 간이 주방도 있었습니다. 욕실은 현대적이었고, 샤워기는 온수와 수압이 매우 좋았습니다. 크라쿠프와 주변 지역을 많이 돌아다닌 후 하루를 마무리하는 데 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다.

저는 2박을 묵었습니다. 이곳은 여름에 호텔로 대여되는 학생 기숙사입니다. 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 새것 같았습니다. 방에는 필요한 물건이 거의 다 갖춰져 있었습니다. 옷걸이는 없었는데, 미리 요청했어야 했나 봅니다. 전기 주전자도 없어서 냄비에 물을 데워 마셨습니다. 1번 방에는 책상 겸용 식탁이 있었습니다. 혼자 2박 정도 묵기에는 괜찮겠지만, 장기 투숙하기에는 불편할 것 같았습니다. 창문 밖으로 옆 호텔이 보여서 저녁에는 블라인드를 쳐야 했습니다. 커튼은 없었습니다. 프런트 직원분들이 친절하게 체크아웃 시간을 연장해 주셨습니다. 공용 공간은 이용하지 않았지만, 있다고 합니다. 호텔에서 멀지 않은 곳에 시내로 가는 트램 정류장과 작은 식료품점이 있습니다. 시내 중심가는 트램으로 8~10분 정도 걸립니다 (구시가지 초입까지는 보가텔라 극장 정류장에서 20번 트램을 탔습니다). 정류장은 아파트에서 600미터 떨어져 있어요. 무슨 이유인지 벽에 비닐 포장도 뜯지 않은 액자가 걸려 있네요 😂 마치 예술 작품 같아요 😁

Had a great time. Easy enough to check-in, we just messaged the number on the door and received a code. Couldn't get a better location!

Location is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare,accessible to everywhere . The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things. Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄 Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time. We really enjoyed our trip.

The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
