장점: -가격 대비 좋은 가치, 4인 기준 1인당 RM50 미만 -편안한 침대(King Koil 브랜드) + 새 가구 -콘도는 새로 지어졌기 때문에 모든 것이 새롭습니다 -지하 무료 주차장 -G층에서 체크인 절차가 빠르고, 줄을 설 필요가 없고 카운터에서 열쇠를 받는 것도 매우 빠릅니다 -주방 도구, 오븐, 인덕션 쿠커, 냉장고, 모두 제공 단점: -물 2병만 제공되고, 정수기가 없습니다(전문가 팁: 39층 체육관 밖에 하나 있습니다) -바닥 청결이 개선되었으면 합니다. 바닥에 먼지와 모래가 있습니다 -수영장이 그렇게 깨끗하지 않습니다. 경비원이 그날 수영장을 사용할 수 없다고 했습니다. 이유는 잘 모르겠습니다 -엘리베이터가 도착하는 데 너무 오래 걸립니다. 정오와 같은 혼잡 시간대를 피하는 것이 좋습니다. 체크아웃 시간인 오후 12시는 피하세요 -조용한 주변 환경, 아래층에 마트가 하나 있고, 다른 모든 것은 자동차 =전반적으로, 돈의 가치가 좋아서 좋은 경험이었습니다.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

이용하기 편리하고 가성비도 아주 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다. 위치도 찾기 쉬웠고, 픽업/샌딩 서비스도 제공하는데, 이용료는 별도였습니다. 사장님도 정말 친절하셨어요. 강력 추천합니다. 모든 면에서 최고였습니다!

아파트 단지입니다. 이런 숙소에서 단기 숙박은 처음입니다. 하지만 숙소의 청결함과 관리 상태에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 잘 관리된 것 같습니다. 다만 제가 묵은 원룸에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 좀 났습니다. 공기 청정기를 설치하면 좀 나아지겠지만, 그래도 가격 대비 괜찮은 것 같습니다. 환기가 잘 안 되고, 미리 요리를 좀 한 탓일 수도 있습니다. 아파트에 세탁기가 있어서 편리했고, 세제도 제공되었습니다. 정말 만족스러웠고 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다. 다만, 체크아웃 시 청소 담당자가 현금 보증금을 돌려주기 전에 점검할 수 있도록 사전에 알려주셔야 합니다. 특히 외국인 투숙객에게는 이 점을 더 강조해 주시면 좋겠습니다. WhatsApp 연락도 매우 빠르게 처리되어 전반적으로 모든 것이 잘 되어 있습니다. 앞으로도 좋은 일만 가득하시길 바랍니다!

최근 모사즈(Mossaz)에서 보낸 시간은 정말 멋진 주말 여행이었습니다. 위치가 완벽했고, MRT와 시내 명소까지 가까워서 편리했습니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 환경이었습니다. 직원들은 그저 그랬고, 멋진 인테리어도 인상적이었습니다. 객실은 세련되게 꾸며져 있었고 편안했습니다. 다만 베개가 약간 납작한 느낌이 들었지만 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 베개에 약간의 문제가 있긴 했지만, 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었고, 다음에도 꼭 다시 묵을 생각입니다.

사랑스러운 가격으로 깨끗하고 좋은 위치. 다음에 다시 여기에 머무를 것입니다.

이 호스트를 통해 두 번째 예약입니다. 하지만 이런 유형의 객실을 선택한 건 처음입니다. 이번에는 38층에 있는 방을 배정받았습니다. 수영장에 갈 수 있는 층이 1층뿐이라 좋았습니다. 모사즈 수영장에는 어린이 전용 구역이 있는데, 팩스턴즈에서 예약하면 어린이 전용 수영장이 없습니다. 하지만 이 방에는 작은 바퀴벌레가 많고 침대 시트도 얼룩덜룩합니다. 변기와 방 한가운데 바퀴벌레가 많이 기어다닙니다. 👎🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 지난번에는 변기를 내리고 티슈로 침대를 닦았습니다. 바퀴벌레 6~7마리를 없앴습니다. 😬 고객 서비스에 라이드섹트(Ridsect) 같은 살충제를 뿌려줄 수 있는지 문의했지만, 그런 도구조차 없어서 그럴 수 없다고 했습니다. 그래도 친절하게 새 침대 시트로 바꿔주었습니다. 베개를 추가로 요청하시면 추가 요금이 있습니다. 전에 다른 호스트를 예약했는데 베개를 무료로 제공해 주셔서 좀 놀랐어요. 그런데 둘째 날에 수건, 바닥 매트, 쓰레기 봉투를 교체해 달라고 요청했는데, 이해해 줬어요. 👍

The host is not responsive at first. I started contacting him 3 days before arrival. i didnot receive even an email for check-in instructions. I booked the property more than a month before our travel… only when we arrived in the place that I found out that the number posted on the site is not theirs and the reply email from the email booking confirmation that i received from trip.com does not go to the correct host… During this time, I travelled with my 2 kids for the ice skating competition and we brought lots of big luggages for their costume snd props… Our flight is so early so we were unable to get enough sleep and we’re so tired… This is very stressful to all of us… then i just decided to bring the kids to sunway lagoon theme park while waiting for the reply from the host and the trip.com. i finally got an update from trip.com and the host at around 1pm. but since we were already in the theme park, we were able to check in at around 7pm. Anyway, trip.com gave me 3000 points for compensation for the hassle… The amenities are complete and the room was huge with 2 sofa beds, 1 queen size bed, a study table and chair, dining table and kitchen, which are basically my preference so i can cook for the kids. The toilet has bath tub but it doesn’t have cover so the kids were not able to use it. also, there is some smell going out from the drainage of the toilet, so i bought an air freshener. When i got the correct contact number of the host, i realized that he is actually responsive. I requested a clean up room on the third day, and he answered right away… although the cleaner came later in the afternoon, around 5 to 6pm (not on the scheduled time of 11am to 3pm). The property is connected to the mall, where the rink is located. So it is very convenient to us. Overall, i can rate this property as very good based on our needs during this time… and i will certainly come back and recommend this to friends. posted pictures were taken before we checked-out. thats why it’s so messy

Booked for older parents to stay. Location was ok with shopping mall at below. Convenient to find food. The unit is big and spacious. You will need to travel in group as there is only one access card given. Going to parking and accessing lift required assess card. So it is troublesome if you travel separate ways. The guard is not allow to help you access your own floor. You will need to use your own assess card. Sofa cover teared off. Not comfortable to sit. Overall owner is quick to response to our queries.
