위치가 매우 좋습니다. 이포 구시 가지의 많은 유명한 레스토랑까지 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 모두 10 분 미만이며 매우 편리합니다. 집은 매우 크고 침대는 편안합니다. 그러나 하수구의 냄새는 매우 강하고 매우 불쾌합니다. 화장실 문을 닫을 때 도움이되었습니다. 방음이 잘 되지 않아 복도에서 다른 손님들이 걷고 수다를 떨는 소리가 들립니다. 사람들이 지나갈 때 아침과 밤에 꽤 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 주차장의 디자인은 악몽입니다. 팔각형 모양입니다. 한 번에 7층까지 차를 몰고 가면 정말 어렵습니다. 관리 팀은 매우 접근하기 쉽습니다. 그들은 신용 카드를 통해 손상 보증금을 위해 RM300을 수집합니다. 체크 아웃 후 1-2 일 후에 돌아올 것입니다. (반환을 받았는지 확인하지 않았습니다).

객실은 깨끗하고 밝았으며, 편안하고 아름다운 분위기였습니다. 가격 대비 객실 상태는 10점 만점에 9.5점이었습니다. 하지만 서비스와 관리는 실망스러웠습니다. 새벽 1시에 객실에 헤어드라이어가 없는 것을 알고 프런트에 요청했습니다. 경비원이 담당자에게 연락했고, 담당자는 모든 직원이 이미 퇴근했다고 알려왔습니다. 다음 날 아침 헤어드라이어가 필요하면 프런트에 적힌 번호로 WhatsApp 메시지를 보내달라고 했고, 우리는 알겠다고 했습니다. 다음 날 아침 10시에 WhatsApp 담당자에게 연락했는데, 우리 객실은 자기네 관리가 아니라는 답변을 받았습니다. 고객센터에 전화도 해봤지만 아무도 받지 않았습니다. 더 심각한 것은 상황을 설명했는데도 WhatsApp 담당자는 정확한 연락처를 알려주기는커녕 ”모르겠다”라고만 답했다는 것입니다. 솔직히 특정 직원을 탓하려는 건 아니지만, 우리 방이 해당 관리 구역에 속하지 않는다면 왜 카운터에 그 번호가 그렇게 눈에 띄게 표시되어 있었을까요? 오해를 불러일으키고 불필요한 혼란을 야기했습니다. 결국 예약 페이지에서 다른 연락처를 찾아 직접 전화를 걸었습니다. 담당자는 헤어드라이어를 바로 보내주겠다고 했지만 10분이 지나도 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 다시 카운터로 내려가니 직원이 ”지금 좀 바쁘니 다시 올라가세요. 직원이 방 밖에서 기다리고 있습니다.”라고 말했습니다. 마치 우리를 빨리 내보내고 싶어서 핑계를 대는 것 같았습니다. 왜냐하면 방으로 돌아갔을 때도 아무도 없었기 때문입니다. 결국 헤어드라이어는 오전 11시가 되어서야 받을 수 있었습니다. 헤어드라이어 하나 배달받는 데 한 시간이나 걸린 건 정말 어이가 없었습니다.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

이곳은 매우 깨끗하고 모든 것이 편리했어요. 특히 가족 여행으로 좋아요. 저희 가족은 5명인데 침대가 4개나 있어서 편하게 잤습니다. 로스트월드와 가까워서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 점이 제일 좋았어요. 숙소내에 있는 수영장도 아주 크고, 온천수가 있어서 밤수영도 할 수 있었어요. 호스트도 매우 친절합니다. 👍🏻

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.

The room design is quite old fashion and its suitable for those who looking for retro style. I was quite surprise that the hotel with 4 stars provides lousy tooth brush which can hurt our gums with it. At least please provides tooth brush that a bit soft with the standard. Do note that please put reception number on the phone so that we can call the reception to provide drinking bottles. Hotel breakfast overall is good.

맨해튼 콘도미니엄 이포 저는 최근에 이 멋진 4베드룸 아파트에 머물렀는데, 제 기대를 뛰어넘었습니다. 들어서는 순간부터 넓은 레이아웃, 현대적인 디자인, 모든 구석에 대한 세심한 배려에 감명을 받았습니다. 각 침실은 크고 장식이 잘 되어 있어 충분한 공간, 편안한 침대, 충분한 수납 공간을 제공합니다. 특히 마스터 스위트는 실내 욕실과 아름다운 수영장 전망이 있어 고급스러운 휴양지처럼 느껴졌습니다. 거실은 편안한 좌석과 자연광이 가득한 대형 창문이 있어 휴식과 오락을 즐기기에 완벽했습니다. 주방에는 현대적인 가전제품이 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었고 요리와 식사에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 덕분에 식사 준비가 쉽고 즐거웠습니다. 아파트의 위치도 매우 편리하여 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있는 상점과 레스토랑에 쉽게 접근할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 이 4베드룸 아파트는 편안함, 스타일, 기능성의 균형을 완벽하게 맞췄습니다. 가족이나 친구 그룹과 여행하든, 이 공간은 기억에 남는 숙박에 필요한 모든 것을 제공합니다. 프리미엄 숙박 경험을 찾는 모든 사람에게 적극 추천합니다!

The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though.

I love to stay in this property as the priority host was prompt in replies, maintained cleanliness of the property. The check in and check out process was easier. Ample of parking. Indoor swimming pool was amazing. I highly recommend this unit to everyone. I will rebook this unit as well.
