Great Stay at Manhattan Waterpark, Ipoh
I had a good stay at Manhattan Waterpark in Ipoh. The place was clean and comfortable, with a fun and family-friendly atmosphere. The waterpark was enjoyable, especially for kids, and the facilities were well-maintained. It's a great spot for a short getaway with family or friends. I would definitely consider coming back again!

Overall okay for one night stay only. But few things wanna highlight to management. (1) The main door electronic lock is out of battery, it is very hard to unlock the door. (2) The vacuum is full of dust and hair and why never clear when guests check in. (3) The bathroom floor need to do something as it is very slippery and nothing can be put on to avoid it. I think management also doesn't hope to receive any bad news from client. (4) The second bathroom's bathroom shelves and racks is almost drop down, the management should randomly check the house condition to keep good quality.
Lastly, this is not related to management and unit quality. The Anderson Residence is really a low cost condominium, the management is very suck and fail to maintain the condominium. The lift is so dirty and poor, the parking is so dark and full of dust, the wall defect is FAILED, the unit sound proof is FAILED! To be honest, its a worst housing project.

Great and cozy stay. Awesome view of Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The stay is huge and spacious, clean and equipped with basic necessities. Overall comfortable stay for families visiting!

Hotel Feedback
Overall, the hotel is still new and has a cozy atmosphere. However, the bathroom floor had noticeable stains and was not very clean. Additionally, the corridor felt stuffy with no air conditioning, and there was an ongoing renovation smell throughout the area. Hope these issues can be addressed for a more comfortable stay.

It's located very close to the Simpang Pulai toll. We checked in to get a decent rest before continuing our journey. The house is clean, with easy access to parking. You can prepare a light breakfast if needed. Overall, it's a great place for an overnight stay with your family.

우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 호스트는 매우 반응이 빠르고, 우리가 머무는 동안 몇 가지 문제가 발생했는데 호스트는 문제를 해결하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 건물은 여전히 매우 새롭고 Restoran Pelita(도보 거리) 근처 주거 지역에 있습니다. 주차장이 매우 좁고 특히 픽업 트럭이나 대형 MPV를 운전하는 경우 오르내리기가 매우 어렵습니다.

IIsfahani Mj청결 빼고는 모두 만족합니다. 카페트에 얼룩이 너무 많고 변기 앞에 타일도 있습니다. 운 좋게 침대 시트는 괜찮은 것으로 간주되고 욕실은 깨끗합니다. 아침 스프레드는 좋았고, roti jala, roti titab bakar, 빵 버터 푸딩 n mee hoon goreng은 좋았습니다. 서비스도 괜찮았습니다. 청결도만 업그레이드 하세요!

AAlfYY우연히 이 숙소를 찾았습니다. 개인 콘도이며 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 장엄한 석회암 동굴/산이 내려다보이는 Ipoh의 Tambun 중심부에 위치한 침실 3개 아파트에는 욕실 2개, 전자레인지가 있는 작은 주방, 식탁(6인용), 라운지 소파가 있습니다. 에어컨은 새것이었습니다 - Panasonic Inverter 및 각 방에는 냉각 효율성을 높이기 위해 천장 선풍기가 있습니다. 침대 시트는 깨끗했고 베개는 약간 단단했습니다(내가 좋아하는). 고급 비누와 샴푸를 직접 가져오는 것이 좋습니다. 이들은 개인용입니다.
가드 하우스 복합 단지에 들어서자마자 10층 유닛을 얻었습니다. 최대 40%의 점유율이 될 것이라고 생각합니다.
하우스 키핑이 없습니다. 이것은 호텔이 아닙니다. 개인 아파트/콘도미움입니다. 따라서 충분한 주차 공간, 에어로빅 수업이 있는 거대한 수영장과 체육관은 여전히 인근 이온 킨타 몰에 갈 수 있으며, 자동차로 이동하거나 스스로 운전하는 것이 가장 좋습니다.

Iilkashong위치가 매우 좋습니다. 이포 구시 가지의 많은 유명한 레스토랑까지 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 모두 10 분 미만이며 매우 편리합니다.
집은 매우 크고 침대는 편안합니다. 그러나 하수구의 냄새는 매우 강하고 매우 불쾌합니다. 화장실 문을 닫을 때 도움이되었습니다.
방음이 잘 되지 않아 복도에서 다른 손님들이 걷고 수다를 떨는 소리가 들립니다. 사람들이 지나갈 때 아침과 밤에 꽤 시끄러울 수 있습니다.
주차장의 디자인은 악몽입니다. 팔각형 모양입니다. 한 번에 7층까지 차를 몰고 가면 정말 어렵습니다.
관리 팀은 매우 접근하기 쉽습니다. 그들은 신용 카드를 통해 손상 보증금을 위해 RM300을 수집합니다. 체크 아웃 후 1-2 일 후에 돌아올 것입니다. (반환을 받았는지 확인하지 않았습니다).

리리뷰어The place is nice and good, a very comfortable space for resting. All the furniture is clean and new, the Wi-Fi is included, for the TV and the fridge are free to use also. But the place didn't include a water filter which difficult for us to buy the mineral water. And the daily rent price (4 days RM 1600+ for 3 ppl) of the place is also very expensive. Overall it is a good place but I might not stay longer next time due to the price rate and the difficulty of getting drinks and water.
